Good college

The college management is very strict. What they say is final and student has no say in the decisions. Sometimes it feels kind of dictatorship.

Yes the curriculum is very industry oriented. An industrial visit is organized every year and overall a very good industry knowledge in imparted into the student. The college is affiliated to NMIMS university which is a very research driven university. The modern way of learning is also used i. e. smart boards, projectors, good quality labs are present all over the campus and high speed wifi facility is available all over the campus. Overall a very good and effective course.

The college placement are top notch and all the students get the placements and internships are also provided. In MbaTech course 2 internships are compulsory 1 technical internship and the other is management internship. I feel the placements department of this college is one the most active in all the colleges.

Not many events are celebrated in this college but the ones celebrated are with full enthusiasm. Protsahan the cultural fest of this college is celebrated for 3 days and ending with dj night hosted by Sunburn. Flavium the sports fest is the most awaited fest among the students. A platform to show branch unity. Ambiora the technical fest is the fest for thr geeks. Overall all the fest celebrated are good and have a huge impact on college life of all the students.

The fee of all the courses in this college is high. College provides full transparency in fee breakdown. The fee for MbaTech course is 3. 95 lacs per year and this fee for 5 years means around 20 lacs for the full course which is very high for middle class families.

No the college does not offer any scholarship opportunity. The loan procedure is very easy and accounts Department help the students to get the loan.

The gender ratio is good 2male : 1 female. According to rules there can be no dorm parties hosted. The college is very modern minded and there is no discrimination on the basis of race caste religion. Politics. are you kidding, the members on the board of this college are all high level politicians. 15-20 extracurricular activities are conducted in the college. NMMUN one of the most reputed model united nations in the country is organised in the month of september. Overall a good college life.

No I have not opted for hostel as I live in a rented apartment. But some of my friends have been living in the hostels and they say that the hostel is very dirty and very expensive. The charges for hostel is 1. 5 lacs per year and that is just for the room, the food charges are extra.

Yes the college has a strong alumni network. The senior students are very helpful in the college. Apart from academics the seniors help in every college situation.

This is the only college in the country which provides MbaTech course which is a blend of Btech and MBA. As the modern industry requires techno managers this course is a go for. The admission process is quite easy and hassle free. Just need to give a NPAT test that is conducted by NMIMS university. After the results you get a rank and from that rank a merit list is created. Then you get a counselling date on which you need to visit the college campus and they show you the list of all campuses and courses available for your rank. And thats it you can get the admission in the available courses on the basis of your rank.
