I am second year student of pdpu

No bad remarks for our college and most of the good remarks our college have I can't describe all that.

We have a lots of curriculum activity. In first year we have rural internship in Kutch, gujarat. then in third semester we have a field trip of 14 days in Kutch basin. and then we have a industrial visit in 4th semester. so lots of industrial visit we have done.

We have a good internship guideline by our college and at the end of third year our college provide a industrial company internship by our college. our placement are very good in petroleum engineering. 11 student are placed in ONGC(oil and natural gas corporate limited) last year. And some of the students are placed in shale and many other companies. you can check this in our pdpu official Website.

First about technical event for petroleum student is our students chapter organisation organise the spe week. In this our college invite the respective industrialist for their speeches. we have a guest lecture, paper presentation and poster presentation event. then talk about cultural event, we have a gala night, global village, rangtal, flare and many events. In rangtal we selebrate our festival navaratri. In global village, the students of all over the world represent their culture, food etc. We also have one biggest sport event petro cup in which the students of different college of our Gujarat is represent their college. and this is the biggest sports event which has many sports. and we have around 100 different club which organise different college.

Our college fee structure is semester wise fee structure. for one semester we have to paid 1, 10, 500 Indian rupies and extra 3000 for our exam fees. it is good fee structure for the quality of education they give and events they organise. they accept online fees in our account of college by NEFT or online transfer. no extra fees is required for secure the admission. so for annual we provide 2, 21, 000.

Yes, college have merit cum scholarship which is based on spi of the student and college give top 6 student to get back their half of college fees. and also have a second scholarship which is based on acpc admission rank for the first 6 student admission on respective departments get their hole fees by some critearea.

The gender ratio is around less then the equal for girl. and workshop is very good in our college. then culture and society is very good. and diversity is also like global students in our college. so and for culture and sports event as I talked it earlier and then labs is also very good and robotics activity is also have in our college and we also organised hakathon in our college. And the quality of standard is very good. no other bad activity in our college.

In hostel we have a 2 person sharing room with AC and fan. we have a good facility for toilet and washroom. we get our room clean everyday. And the fees structure is for 1 year 85000 for hostel and for mess food we have a two plane one is 29000 and another is 41000. We get quality food for four times in a day. so it is very good for our Gujarati food and also we have a good and clean mess facilities with fan and TV is also in a mess.

Senior student is very helpful. no ragging in our college. so our college is very good and alumni is also very good.

I got admission in this college by our Gujarat state rule. we have acpc website which declare the merit list and by this merit list we can chose our college and then acpc declare the result for our respective college which we get admission. I have done this process at 2 year before at about 14 may 2018 and onwards this process is taken place and it took around two month for admission process.

Our most of the faculty is doctorates degree in their respective subject. And avarage age is around 50 to 60 year. Most of the faculty have a on field industrial experience of around 10 year in respective petroleum company. And our Ashish Sarkar sir is a well known geologist of india. most of the faculty have a responsible for our curriculum and their works. We have 5 lecture of 1 hour for each subject per week. and we also have a lab work of 2 hour for each lab subject. we have classified lab in our pdpu college. we have Asia first laboratory of our petroleum industry on one subject.
