Course Curriculum Overview

Princeple arrange seminer to encourage the students of all departments to guide the students in right path and right aimed. She invited many executive officers in Seminer to motivate students for wbcs exam.

Placement Experience

2.5

Our college is a general degree college not a professional college, so placement fecility is not available in our college. in the case of internship, it is also not available in our college.

College Events

4

in case of event our college is always one step forward. sports event, Republic day celebration, gandhi jayanti celebration, independance day celebration, foundation day etc are some name of that list. in any event all the students of college from all faculty all subject students attend functions. with that students allumny joina them and makes the circumstances very enjoyful and hot. Girls are molested in event. Clash between two party is common incident. but the recent event was organised by stronge inspection of police.

Fee Structure And Facilities

our college is semi government aided so the fees structure is not so expensive. Basically there are 3 main feees. one for admission 2nd for exam 3rd for events. Besides this some extra fees students have to pay to college. our principal is kind hearted so if any students belong to below proverty line she helps them to admit in college. she makes for the fess zero for that students, gives books, guide them and so on. Our Principal Misses Sujata Mukherjee is a kind hearted women.

Fees and Financial Aid

yes, government gives scholarship to meritorious and minority students. Basically 4k to 15k indian rupees given to students deciding on day scholar or hostellers.

Campus Life

3

Gender ration is 13: 10. our college have more girl students than boys. Some important student party of our college is congress, tmc, Cpim inter university sports competition is arranged by Our university. Majority of Students of this college is muslim but hindu students is not less.

Alumni/Alumna

Allumny students go to either kalyani or calcutta for completion of masters degree. so thay can't help us in our study.

Admission

In College competition was not so hard. i filled up form and crack 1st rank in merit list and i admitted in this college. admission took place in category wise. some students admitted against reservation stated is our Constitution. the main matter of fact is that one low merit student admitted in college against reservation but even medium merit student can't get seat in college for not having reservation. i think priority should be merit not cast.

Faculty

3.5

There are approximately 35 students in science department. They are aged between 18 to 22.All students are brilliant. Our Science Faculty professor was good. Laboratory was enriched with all required eqipments. We most love the chemistry practicle. in search of not only knowledge but also fun we never miss a single practicle class.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think I'm a curious student. Integrating biology with technology is interesting Recently we are studying animal tissue culture plant tissue culture which is superb. Generating a plan from a single cell is truly something interesting. I was drawn to genetics and biotechnology application . This curriculum prepares a student for research and industrial purpose . We get to do lab experiments project work under professors. In my opinion improvement can be done by industrial visits Exams take place at the end of each semester and we have mid sems in between

College does provide internship opportunities both through the placement cell as well as department faculty. Semester 5 and Semester 7 students are eligible for placements. Average package is about 5.5 lakh per annum for microbiology course. Although placement percentage is on the lower side majority of students go for higher studies. Many prepare for exams like GATE, IIT JAM, etc.

college placements are good in this college with a number of good financial and consultancy firms coming in with new gen companies as well in the service and sales industry. moreoever getting a good placement in a top financial or consultancy placement requires a POR in a good society as a criteria, its not really required but adds to your chances of getting it. moreover you require to participate in a number of case study competitions for the same as well. my plans after graduation is probably working for a year or two after which i plan on doing my MBA. around 50-60% who apply get a placement.
