The syllabus of my stream is not good. As students and teachers both complaint about it
Course Curriculum Overview
No, The college faculty only teach core level and it has still the same syllabus. There was no placement or any company visit organized for students. Faculty never support the students they charged extra fee if we visit their home for any kind of query.
Placement Experience
No companies ever come to my college for placement of any course. The faculty first said that the students will have placement but it never happens.
College Events
Fresher party, sarswati puja, Independence Day, Republic day and Bengali new year.the fresher party of our college is organized by the political leaders of my college. They gift the first year student a file and pen. The program was quite big. Singers and dancer perform on that day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure was expensive for lower class people like me. The college accepted only cash. Yes the political leaders of the college asked for extra fee apart from college fee. College never provide transparency in fee Break down. The library have extra fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
No. College never offered a scholarship to students. The college faculty or the council never offered a scholarship to students.
Campus Life
There were 2 groups of people in my college one who are Bengali and other who are non Bengali. There were no racism and gender inequality but politics affected a lot on my classes study. The college never organized any cultural program of any kind. Who is related to politics have power.
Hostel Facilities
No. I didn't choose for hostel. Neither my college have any hostel facilities. My house is 1 hour distance by bus. And by train it was 45 min. I use to go college by bus daily. Because bus stop is nearer than Railway Station.
Alumni/Alumna
No. The seniors were too rude to talk. They never helped us in our projects or study. They first come and start to ragging of first year student. They were too rude
Admission
I have graduated in computer application. There was direct admission procedure for this course and I want to join this course to know more about computers languages. This institution is the nearest from my residence. In this college generally admission is based on merit list.
Faculty
Every faculty of my college take classes on as the routine. The HOD of our department has master degree in physics and electronic and other facilities have either masters or O level doec course. No one of the faculty have industry experience or certification
