Entrance Preview

I opted for CET examination. I scored 1374 Rank in CET examination and got admission in CIET in General Quota .The college was known for its Good Reputation.

Course Curriculum Overview

Awesome.The teachers are good and very co-operativeThe computer lab facilities are nicelibrary has a large collection of curriculum and non-curriculum activities.

Internships Opportunities

Around 10000 was offered monthly by an US based MNC and was offered for permanent employee after the internship. It was a nice experience of industry before actually joining it after final semester.

Placement Experience

All the interested students were placed in good MNC companies with high pay scale as per the expectations. Around 131 companies came to recruit students.

College Events

Good fests were organized every year. Inter college fests in college or outside were given chance for the students to nurture their hobbies and motivate them for big achievements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Student loan facility is available. Collaboration with Canada universities are there for further studies.

Campus Life

The lap facilities are too good. There are many computers as per the student numbers. The extracurricular activities like games, fest, competitions, stage shows, and many more are organized from time to time. There are college sports teams formed and inter college competitions are organized.

Exam Structure

2 best out of 3 in internal exams are taken into credit which gives students chance to improve.It is a new exam structure which motivates the student to score mode every time.

Awesome.The teachers are good and very co-operative.They support throughout the academic sessions and provide good references whenever required.The teachers are like friends, even support on social media sites.

As far as i see most of my seniors are well placed from our university some of them are in plum , google and very know companies as the placement of the college is better than other college , mostly every student get a placemnet .

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

Placement Experience:

Students became eligible for placement after 3rd year. Google, Adobe, de shaw, L&T, Schneider, Amazon etc visit campus The highest package was 42 lacs and the median package is 8.1 lacs. More than 90% get placed.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

i chose this college over other colleges becuase of its reputation , in recent years Chitkara has made its name whether we talk about placements or any other various field, it has a brand value as a private college its a quite good college,this is slightly a new college that is why boards were the criteria to get admission and other colleges i applied to took admission o the basis of JEE mains and i had not scored that good in it that is why did'nt able to clear the cutoff for my required branch, i applied t o Thapar Institute Of Technology, Patiala , Chandigarh University,Punjab, Amity University, Punjab Chandigarh College of Architecture.. i got confirmation from everywhere but just in Thapar i did not get Computer Science, The elegibility criteria in Chitkara is min aggregrate of 60% in jee mains and 70% in boards then there are several cutoffs on which the branches are given to students...Read More

I choose this college because it have a good placement ratio and packages. Here placements cell heads are helpful and teaches us about how to grab good placement. No, i didn't get a rejection from other colleges but i choose this because transportation is easy in this as compared to other colleges.
