Entrance Preview

No entrance exam. There were no entrance exam during that year. After hsc direct admission to engineering college. Worked very hard for getting admission to good college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4 years 8 semesters. It was all related to information technology. All semester were very difficult but I managed to score approx 85% in each.I was very fulfilling experience and I enjoyed it very well.

Internships Opportunities

No college internship available during my time.Only select companies offered. But not through college from outside students could apply. Stipend usually 5000-10000 rs.time period 1 month.

Placement Experience

Total 11 companies came to our college during placement week.I attempt aptitude test for 5 companies out of which one is IVP.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes it was expensive. 83 thousand per year.during 3rd year I paid my fee in instalments.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there were scholarship for only first and second rankers. TATA company was provided one scholarship of rupee 60 thousand but I was not eligible for that because my father's annual salary was more than 100000.

Campus Life

Opinion about campus life I don't have words to explain that. It was just awesome. I was in computers so our class was like full of happing ppl. We participation in any sports 90%.

Exam Structure

There were 8 semesters and 100 marks paper.we had habit to come college before 1hr and start group study. 3hrs only given to compete the paper. On exam suplimenta we have few instruction on first page.

Faculty

All faculty members were friendly and they had good knowledge of their subject. They helped us in completing the project on time.Very kind and helpful they were.doubt solving.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

I choose this college especially for mechanical engineering, because it has really good placement for our branch. Another reason why I applied here is that it is near my house location. In Navi Mumbai locality Father agnels college is better than our college. If you didn't get admission in father agnels college than you can apply in our college for admission. For admission you can give jee and MHT cet exams. The eligibility criteria for MHT cet is 70 percentile for mechanical engineering, 80-85 percentile for information technology and 90-95 percentile for computer science....Read More

Chemical department Bharati Vidyapeeth college of engineering
