Likes

Faculty is good, few of them are extraordinary
Average infrastructure, laboratory and library
Close to Kharghar railway station 5-7 mins walking distance

Dislikes

Far from Mumbai takes so much time in travelling
Need maintenance in various parts of college
Girls are less in number compared to boys chemical there are around 45 boys and 25 girls

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is according to the Mumbai University and the faculty teaches very well. The timings of examination and others are as per university's syllabus and moderate to hard difficulty level of unit tests. The end semester papers come from University.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 64000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for general Category is around 1lakh rupees, which increases by 1000 or 2000 each year. There are reservation for obc-ncl, sc,st and other castes. For OBC, 1st year fee was around 62000 using reservation and for 2nd, 3rd and 4th around 63000, 64000, 64500 rupees respectively. For OBC, the scholarship is tution fees and examination fees for OBC students.

Campus Life

Various fests and events take place every in the month of February. It's name is abhiyaan. There are different different names for each department's committee and days are assigned for department events as well. Where different games, quizzes and others. For chemical department, the name is Arise.

Admission

The admission is done by JEE or CET. I applied in ICT mumbai but had little less percentile so didn't make it. But there can be no comparison between ICT and bharati Vidyapeeth. ICT is a chemical engineering specialist college. Whereas here we just have bachelor degree.

Faculty

Faculty is good. Student to faculty relationship is great and interactive. Faculty helps in every way possible. In chemical department all faculty and staff members are helpful and supportive from HOD, professors to lab assistants. The course and exam everything is done according to the mumbai University and is good

Night Life

I'm day scholar, so don't spend much time late during the college and also the college is safe to roam around but there are strict rules for it and permissions are required from principal as well as the HOD of department.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.

I choose this college especially for mechanical engineering, because it has really good placement for our branch. Another reason why I applied here is that it is near my house location. In Navi Mumbai locality Father agnels college is better than our college. If you didn't get admission in father agnels college than you can apply in our college for admission. For admission you can give jee and MHT cet exams. If we talk about the engineering department, the college are is very small. We have architecture and dental college too, but space wise the engineering college is very small. The benches in every class are not at all maintained. All the labs are air-conditioned and well-maintained. The college is neat and clean, and you will see greenery everywhere.
