The environment is conducive to overall personality growth of the students.

The college is affiliated with The Mumbai University and the course was extremely theoretical and not at all research or job oriented. Although I was one of the top performers in my class, the academics was hardly related to my job at workplace. very few core companies visited the college for placing students from core backgrounds like electronics, electronics and telecommunication, instrumentation, etc. Majority of the companies were from IT sector and placed students from all the fields with or without any prior coding knowledge.

The placements was one of the best aspects of my college. Quite a good number of companies came to our college for campus placements and the college jas tie-ups with a number of MNC's. the average salary provided also matches up to the industry standards as well as those of the highly reputed colleges in the state. Also, the companies involved ranges across all tiers including mid level companies to dream companies.

Horizon, Kalaraag, Tech fests, Cricket Tournaments, Social Drives, etc. Etc. There is something for everyone and the college is known for uts extra curricular activities. So many celebrities came to campus during our tenure. Even Celebrity Cricket League took place in the DY Patil Stadium. Concerts by International bands and singers were also conducted.

Fees is feasible. Better than most of the colleges. It was Rs.1,10,000 in the year 2013 and since I recieved the admission under the TFWS category, mine was extremely less i.e. Rs.10,000 per year. This when compared to that charged in other colleges is quite feasible and ROI is great.

I availed a scholarship under the TFWS category in which my entire Tuition fee was waived of for the entire four year course. I availed it by ticking off the TWFS category in the application form that needs be submitted at the arc center.

No, I did not opt for hostel. I stayed in Kalyan and used to travel for 3 hrs to and fro daily by changing trains from Thane Station. But I do have friends who went to hostel hut they mostly preferred to live in third party hostels or PGs as that is a much affordable option.

Alumni network is great and consists of very successful people from a variety of fields like Shankar Mahadevan, etc. The alumni is very useful provided you have made efforts in creating your network.

I got selected under the TFWS category on the basis of my CET score, 105 in the year 2013, and the admission process was conducted in the month of July and was over within a day itself. The process was easy and well managed as far as the procedure was concerned from the college end.

The faculty didn't have required knowledge and skills and most of the times the students managed their studies on their own without any involvement from the faculty. Average age of the faculty members is 35. They lacked knowledge when it came to skills like coding, tools and lab experiments.
