Overall average but growing

The college is a bit isolated hence it is not easy to reach out to markets, although there are college busses which go to market every week day. It is on a hill top so the view is amazing and it's always windy up here. It is still in development phase so as of now there are many issues which are slowly getting resolved with time and in coming 5 years it'll be a very nice institute.

The course is average with first year common and same as other institutions. The course needs revision and addition of new technologies and skills which now a days are needed in real industrial life.

There are not much placement prospects but being a new institute it provides internship for all students and then the stipend depends upon student to student. But it ranges from 5000 to 15000. Overall the placements are average.

There are not many events going on in college as it is a new college but there are quite a few which occurs. Our annual fest Solasta, pubg tournaments and coding tournaments and some other small events happens frequently.

Overall it is very much feasible compared to other institutes and more details could be found on it's official website iiitk. ac. in. There are no major external expenses other than things already involved in fee.

There are no loans or scholarship offered by the college itself as of now but the banks provide loan for this college easily as it is an institution of national importance setup by MhrD hence it's recognition is not a problem.

The gender ratio is same as in other enginnering colleges and labs are nice with many equipments and the teachers are quite enthusiastic so they keep on making us do experiments. We don't have sports ground of our own as we are on hill top but there are bus facilities for those who are interested to play on behalf of college

Hostel is really nice there are total two hostels boys hostel and girls hostel. As they both are constructed now only both looga good and room size is nice with proper facilities and regular cleaning.

As the institute is very new there are total of only two pass-out batches and hence the alumni network is very weak. The seniors are really nice, helpful and friendly. They are very helpful and are always ready to help.

I got it through JEE Mains rank. There a counciling rounds after the exam throught which we get the college according to the rank we get and according to the preference we filled while registering for it.

The faculty of our college have good knowledge in their specific field and help the students to do future studies on that subject. Faculty are friendly in clearing thr doubts on and off campus with good cooperation.
