Remarks
Overall it is a great college for mbbs and some pg subjects. It has great academics and other resarch facilities bit it is expensive to study here. If some one can afford then it is one of the best private medical college of country.
Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS is a relatively hectic course as compared to other courses and it was same here but we were given many chances of doing a resarch or participate in various confrences. It was a great experience being a part of this institution. We also have a 1800 bedeed hospital in which we learn our clinical skills
Placement Experience
Yes they provide internship for one year in the associated hospital which has speciality and even super speciality department. We are posted in most of the major and minor department to learn the basic skills in every department
College Events
College fest and university fests and other sports tournament. College fest is like a festival and everyone waits for it every so we can get some relaxation in our busy schedule and have fun. Our fest usually lasts for 4 days. Our college also conducts sports events also
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the college is feasible and quite simple. The fees of the entire year have to be paid at the beginning of the year. The fees have to be paid online through onfees. The fees are quite feasible and also refundable through some scholarships.
Fees and Financial Aid
We can get scholarship and funding by doing the research projects and participating in various projects. We have a bank in our campus also which provide study loans and loan for opening clinic and hospitals after passing our studies.
Campus Life
We have all the labs which are well equipped with all the required facilities. We have all the courts and grounds for the sports and have all the sports equipment and a gym also. Batches here are mix of various students from various regions of country.
Alumni/Alumna
As in medical colt role of seniors are very important in telling us how to read and what to read as they have experienced all those hurdles. We also have a alumni programme in which some of our college students who are working in various cities come and join for alumni metting
Admission
I have given comedk entrance exam in 2014 which was conducted for admission in private medical colleges of Karnataka. After this I applied in jss medical college based on my rank in comedk and I got selected in counselling here.
Faculty
They are really good and experienced, helps a lot if we have any doubts in our studies. Faculty here promotes research activity and themselves participate in the research activity. Faculty here participate in cultural events and encourage us also to participate in the same
