Patna Women’s College is one of the best college of bihar for girls. Its has very beautiful campus along with wide ground and ponds and garden. Building and infrastructures are also good. its has common room and canteen facilities also.

Patna women's college is an autonomous college with patna university affiliation. It provides vast option in subjects and courses for students to select their field of interest. There are labs and conference hall where students are provided practical knowledge and get chance to interact with profeesors of other colleges and specialised field.

There is also a placement cell in patna women's college for the students. Yes patna women's college also provide internships for students. 2 3 companies do visit at the end of the 3rd year students to provide jobs. avg package they provide is 2. 5lac per annum.

There are also cultural events held in patna women's college every now and then. Holi milan, saavan mahotsav, deepawali celebration, Christmas play are some of the good examples of these cultural activities. Students of the college take active part in these events.

Since patna women's college is an autonomous college its fees is quit expensive. I am a third year student and I was a university batch so my fees for 3 years was approx rs1. 95lac that is rs65000 annualy. But now the fees has been increased and it is now rs80000 per annum.

Patna Women’s College do provide with the scholarship to its students. There is a scholarship for students whose parents income is less then rs200000 annually. It gives a scholarship test and students passing the test gets scholarship.

Patna Women’s College is all girls college. The dorms have very strict rules so partying is almost not possible. Workshops are held on different topics quite frequent for all courses. Students can gain much knowledge along with the academics.

There is also a college hostel. Since I am a local student I did not require any hostel. The fees of the hostel is rs40000 per annum and infrastructure is quite good. There are nearby hostels and pg's for girls with accommodation of rs30000 per annum only.

Every year patna women's college organises an alumni meet which is very good. It helps the students to refresh their college times memories by stealing some time out of their busy hectic schedules of life.

Admission in patna women's college is done by entrance test. Once you pass the entrance with required cut off it calls for the admission and interview process. There you have to submit your all documents and certificates for verification and record along with the photograph of the student. Then admission fee has to be submitted on the same day for whole year in the college bank and then after showing the receipt one will get the roll number of the college.

Faculty at patna women's college is very good. Each teacher has great knowledge about their subjects. Each one of them are highly qualified and the way of teaching is also good. Both male and female teachers are there to provide us with umpteen knowledge.
