Remarks

I don't say that college is good but it is also not bad. If you are joining the college for the study purpose then this college provides you ideal conditions. But all the students are not same. There is no fest no interaction between students and teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college mainly focus on the university course. There are always regular bases tests. A good library for studying. There are no. of students who clear GATE exam from our college. There is no fest in the college.

Placement Experience

Placement in our college is good. Mostly students are selected by infosys and wipro. College also provides the intership. Students mostly improve their CV by joining the socities. In campus placement is average.

College Events

There is no fest in the college. There is freshers and Garba night for the 1st year students. It is like our college fest. Sports competition is so big. It takes about 3-4 months. Holi celebration is the best in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

B. Tech Courses average is around 1. 5 lakhs per year and our college has the the same. Instead of this hostel fee annually is anout 1 lakh per years. The hostel rooms are sharing with 2-3 roomates. This fees I quit affordable for a middle class man. But many people with low income cannot afford this high fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is scholarship scheme for SC/ST and OBC class and for lower income General class. There are mainy friends of mine how get the scholarship which makes them easier to afford the college fees. Good scholarship.

Campus Life

Therd are numerous extra curiculum activities. There are about 25-30 different societies in our college different for differet branches. As well as with different fields. For eg. Taal - for dance Footprints for - art and photography etc.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no ragging in the college. The students are quit busy because of the college policies and rule. It is not a college like DU that you have to come when you come. There is a mandatory attendance criteria of 75% if not followed then you will be not allowed to give college exams which can effect your semester score.

Admission

1 also gave UPSEE exam but my rank is not enough to get admission in this college. I got 90% in 12th so I applied for direct admission. They gave me date on which I have to give a basic test and then next day I gave the PI

Faculty

The faculty is almost very strict. There is almost miltary school type techers. They did not encourage you to explore and do things in there extra curiculum. They only bother about their performance in there subjects.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Lab infrastructure and availability and practical approach
Hygience managed in every block and department
Availability of faculty and easy to approach and contact

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay
The infrastructure is not well maintained

The curriculum designed is new latest like we study subjects such as emerging technology digital electronics computer science c , english for job the teacher teaches us using projector visualisation the first mid sem happens after 1 month or opening of college difficulty level is very easy

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty members with helpful mentoring

Decent infrastructure with labs, library, facilities and classroom.

More industry workshop and seminars can be held to increase exposure.
Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i like the environment of the collage , it is the good place for student to to achieve something they want.
the facality of my collage are very good in nature

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.
i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

i chose this course beacause my ame is to become a dada scientist andit was the best paltformfor me to become data scientist through this cource. i does't thing it require it require any improvement in this cource because it ceated by best brains in india.it require loot of time to complete this cource.

I got thus college through counselling and the top AKTU Affiliated colleges I opted to were JSS, AKGEC, ABES, from which I got ECE branch in AKGEC which I locked in the first round of counselling itself as I was satisfied with the college. 1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I chose this college as in previous times it was doing quite good in placements and but now most of the students are unplaced. Other colleges I've applied to are JSS noida, Galgotias etc are these colleges got a better placement ratio that my college. But campus of other campus are smaller compared to AKGEC. so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
