Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

PhD in NUEPA involves research and doing things related to research, we have senior staffs guiding us through the process. We have classes, seminars and group discussion about the subject we study in-depth, we are also provided with a stipend.

Placement Experience

4.5

PhD students in any college are provided with a stipend, it is the same in this college too, we are provided with a decent stipend, the college also funds our research and other project-related works but as of now for M.Phil and PhD candidates there are no campus placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We are anyhow financially supported by the college management for research and project work hence the fee would not be that much expensive to the PhD students. It is Rs. 12,000, Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 9,000 for first, second and third years respectively.

Campus Life

4

This college balances both its extracurricular activities and academics, none of both I compromised for anything. We have sports fest during which we play games like football and cricket and cultural event with dance and music. The campus is very friendly and everyone is treated equally.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostels are great. The food provided is hygienic and tasty. There are both AC and Non-AC rooms, which is of our choice to select the room. Wi-fi and 24 hours facility of water and electricity is available.

Admission

For any PhD, it is mandatory that you have a masters degree in the related field, I have completed my M.Phil in educational planning. I applied in this college for PhD and then got a call for attending the entrance test, I cleared it and after an interview with some faculties, I got the admission.

Faculty

4.5

We have faculties who are from the field of educational planning a great experience of 20 years. They teach us very easily efficiently. About 10 of them are our regular staffs. During research in our final year, we learn a lot from them.

Placement Experience:

Ph.D. students didn't have that many job placement opportunities on campus. Usually, students have to apply for a postdoc for further studies. Otherwise, they apply here or there for other job options. Or students generally go for Assistant professor applications in different colleges.

Placement Experience:

For B.Tech and M.Tech there are plenty amount of options they have. They can choose packages from 12 LPA to crores even. As I'm doing Ph.D. from IIT what I can say is Post - a doctoral research career is good to go if we are opting to be lecturers. Otherwise, industries are also preferred by Chemists who synthesize compounds.
