Remarks

The college is part of the gargantuan Dayanand Sagar Institutions (DSI) campus which spreads over acres of land and is home to several other sister institutes. As you enter the campus on your bike, you are directed to the parking lot which is humungous with hundreds of bikes parked every day (Parking is charged at Rs. 5/- every day and doesnメt go down well with everyone). Infrastructure on the whole is terrific buildings, libraries, classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, e-books, everything. Only one thing that bothers sometimes is roaming around the campus itメs full of slopes and descents, so while going down would be fun, coming up is equally tiring.

I did not take any entrance exam.

Internships Opportunities

We can't reasonably expect you to stick around for the rest of your life, but we are looking for a minimum of four to six weeks. We want to make sure that you get a great learning experience, and anything shorter than four weeks wouldn't be beneficial for you. Our general internship positions are unpaid, but we do have advanced internship positions that offer hourly pay, and we have traveling intern positions that offer weekly stipends.

Placement Experience

4.5

Overall, about 70% of the students get placed, most of them in Infosys and HCL, two major recruiters here. Computers Science and Information Science sections record 100% placements with ECE, EEE & Telecom following suit. However, the core branches like Mechanical are left with around 40% placements. What distinguishes DSCE from other average Engineering Colleges is that a few core companies like Bosch, L&T and Mu Sigma also visit the campus offering salaries from Rs. 4.5L ヨ 6L per year.

College Events

4

Every year an inter college festival is celebrated at Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) sometime in April. Departmental festivals are also organized by students of each department thus making festivals an all-round-the-year affair.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For Karnataka CET students: Rs. 36, 090/-For UGET (COMEDK) students: Rs. 1.37L per year, Management education is having huge demand in India as well as in the Abroad also. Fee structure for management education will be depends on the institute where you are pursuing MCA course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Everyone, even students who can afford the expenses, need financial assistance. When an international student is applying for a student visa, he/she is required to show evidence of possessing adequate funds to cover at least the first year of their college education. With university scholarships, bank loans, and private funding from your own country as available options you need to focus on careful and wise planning. If you want university funding

Campus Life

5

Perhaps the best part of the entire Dayanand Sagar Institutions (DSI) campus. A very colorful crowd with a healthy mix of girls and boys all blending around perfectly. Loads of North Indians somehow happen to land up here. Thereメs always an enthusiastic ambience around in the campus and ムmastiメ is at the top of everyoneメs mind.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Now thatメs where Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) takes a hitting. There are more than a dozen engineering fields offered from the usual CS & IS to Aeronautical to Construction Technology. However, barring CS & IS, majority of the students from all other branches hold a unanimous opinion, モTERRIBLEヤ faculty. Reason: lack of senior professors and an abundance of inexperienced lecturers, who although may be knowledgeable arenメt able to satisfactorily clear out studentsメ doubts.

Alumni/Alumna

When choosing colleges, students put a high priority on finding the best academic programs for their field of study. While this is obviously important, another factor that potential students should consider is the alumni network at each of their prospective choices. Alumni networks do more than help fund Alma Maters they become a professional and personal community to aid graduates in advancement throughout the course of their lives. With this in mind, the university or college one chooses for undergraduate, and post-graduate work becomes more than only a place to garner an education. It is also a place to build the foundation for their future.
