The amazing three years

The college is overall a great place to be, study and have the best three years of graduation. We have had good memories to cherish and indeed a good career being a VES pass out.

Biotechnology entrance test I was always interested in biology and wanted to make a career into biotechnology only. There was an easy interview and admission procedure was too easy based on merit.

The curriculum was in detail and elaborated. The notes provided were to the Mark and also the lecturers were very supportive. Libraries were equipped with all the books required by us for notes and practicals. Also the laboratory was equipped with all instruments and cultures for practical experiments.

The college internship experience was wonderful. Lot of companies came for campus interviews and and at times of festivals also we had companies as sponsers who later approached for interns. Stipend offered was around Rs.8000-9000 which was a decent amount for internship.

Campus interviews and campaigns of VES is brilliant. It is indeed one of the best colleges since they make companies available for their passouts. Companies like cipla and ranbaxy used to offer anything between 1-3 lacs p.a.

They events celebrated were very grand. Judges were celebreties and events included everything from chocolate days, fashion shows, dramas, rangoli competition, essays writing etc.

The fees for VeS COLLEGE IS very feasible compared to other colleges. The fees is Rs. 16000/- per year. It's pretty affordable for a reputed college, brand and faculty like VES's.

I haven't availed by any facility but there is a scholarship offered by the college for scheduled castes and tribes. Also there's a facility provided for students getting good marks but whose family annual income is less. Good potential is supported by the college and that's a great thing I believe.

Extracurriculars is one of the reasons VES has such a name. Respect for women, opposite castes and for lower classes has been observed in students and the management.

Hostel facilities are very very good since its very affordable and separate for females and males. The fees for sharing hostel is Rs. 4000 per month including food.PG rent is Rs. 3000-4000 depending upon the location.

Alumni is good and seniors are very helpful. Ragging is never supported in fact the seniors come and befriend the juniors. They invite the juniors with a freshers event. They introduce themselves and perform dances and dramas making the juniors felt invited and warm.

Exam structure was very much organized. The lectures and practicals were detailed so we used to be very much prepared about the exams. Labs were fun and environment was so chilled out that we never felt we are in college it more like home.

Faculty of VES college was very supportive and friendly. They have the best of the faculty in terms of knowledge and experience too. They have been always there when we needed any extra help in terms of practicals or lectures. We never felt hesitant to approach the professors. Wonderful faculty.
