The course curriculum preset by the medical board is followed religiously. Each branch has excellent faculty with focus on research and practical knowledge being very high. The internal exams are conducted on a half yearly basis followed by main exams. The labs were structured into the timetable quite cleverly and balanced the theory classes without much pressure.

The college provides excellent placement opportunities with placement events held at college that provide jobs in various hospitals and research centers nation wide. Yes, the college provides on campus internship to fresh DM graduates.

The fees structure is expensive but it is quite acceptable for medical colleges. The fees also depend on the rank and if you get a free seat then it is all paid with the scholarship or else the fee structure starts from 3 lacs.

CSTM has sport facilities and a huge campus to support it. The labs are maintained in good condition. The college hold meetings, symposiums and lectures from various excellent doctors and professors. It also conducts blood donation drives and local events like fests and such.

Ram Baran Yadav (first president of Nepal), Baba Amte (Indian Social Worker) are some of the notable alumni of CSTM. The seniors are extremely helpful and help us with whatever queries and also with academic problems. They also help us with their study notes and guides whenever needed.

I had written NEET exam which is the general entrance exams, after the results were declared and ranks allotted, I had checked the cutoff marks for various colleges. My rank was below 20,000 so during counselling I was asked for my preferred colleges and I had named a couple. Out of them I got into CSTM and got my allotment order. I had submitted my documents and paid the fees. After which I submitted the allotment order to the college.

All the faculty members are reputed doctors who excel in their branch of teaching. They provide an excellent practical learning in conjunction with theoretical knowledge. They show extreme interest in their subjects and try to create a great learning experience for the students.
