Course Curriculum Overview
Course is very vast and good. A huge range of practical and theoretical knowledge is provided by the trained staff of the college. Doctors who are pursuing MD or MS have to assist the seniors and gain the knowledge about how they are performing treatment upon the patients.
Placement Experience
Indian government provide on the spot jobs for a person who has done either MBBS or higher education like MD/MS. All the pass out doctors have to apply for jobs and government is very happy to offer one. Besides than this many big franchise hospitals like Fortis, Landmark and Tata medical hospitals also hire the best applicants with salary package of around 2 lakhs per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is almost zero. Infact all the doctors who are pursuing MD from the college gets 30000-35000 per month as their scholarship. So, a student will take care of expenses very easily. Infact I Know many batch mates who used to send money to the families too which shows that you will get high scholorship from the students.
Campus Life
Labs and practicals are conducted on the weekly basis. This is the field where students are more likely to indulge in the practical field work as they have already done MBBS. So, by doing MD/MS students start to deal with the field work and start assisting senior doctors.
Admission
The admission process was quite simple. After completing my MBBS from GMCH Chandigarh, I applied for the MD in this college. They check all the qualifications and documents they I got a call for the interview round. It went for about 1 hour and many questions were being asked especially from the specific field which I want to pursue.
Faculty
Faculty is well trained and full of authorised doctors who has vast knowledge about the subject and the field work. Every staff member is cooperative as we all work as a team and our institution's moto is quite clear which is to serve the nation medically.
