Aviation and Aeronautics Engineering college in Delhi

The course curriculum is approved by the AICTE and is laid in accordance with the guidelines of the DGCA. Exams are conducted in a semester wise manner. Two semesters that is namely the odd semester and even semester combined to complete a single year of study. Practical exams and evaluations are also conducted apart from the theoretical tests.

In terms of placement I can see that our college is good. Since it is a top college in the domain of aviation majority of the batch gets decent offers through campus placement. Apart from the on campus offer their are off campus opportunities for the students. Many a times the off campus opportunities are better than the on campus ones. The college provides internship support nearby training is imported in collaboration with any popular airline or national and international carrier.

The fee of our college is line with any private college offering B.tech program in the domain of aviation. Fees to be submitted in a semester wise manner and it stands around 2 to 2.5 lakhs per semester. That is a four year program in aviation can cost you around 16 to 17 lacs. For financial assistance one can always look for scholarships and loans.

The government of Delhi offers scholarship to the students who are either from the educationally backward classes of society, below poverty line, or are from reserved categories. Apart from that the central government offers scholarship through its national scholarship portal. Educational loan facility can also be availed from any of the private or public sector bank.

In terms of extracurricular activities there is not much to explore in our college. However, workshops and events like the annual fests and the cultural fests are organised from time to time. In terms of infrastructure college has all the necessary things that are required as per the DGCA guidelines for a college in the aviation sector.

I wanted to pursue a career in the domain of aviation and Aeronautics so I opted for this course. I said for the examination conducted by the college for admission into the course. To be eligible for test and admission one has to have studied Physics and Mathematics at 10 + 2 level and must have scored above 70 percentage in both the subjects. Once I qualified the test an interview was conducted and after that I was granted the admission in the program. I opted for this college as this is one of the popular aviation college in India and Delhi NCR region.

Faculty in our college is very experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the professors have a very good knowledge in the domain of aviation and aircraft maintenance. They use this knowledge for the best of our exposure. They make us aware about the various concepts and principles of aerodynamics along with the skill set that is required to make a successful career in the domain. They are very cooperative and helpful.
