Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is pretty hectic. Days are tiring here. Exam structure is also bit messed up cz we have many tests like weekly tests, internals and then semester exams. And along with that labs so it becomes very hectic.

Placement Experience

4

The Placement Cell also provides the opportunity for International Placements. Following data gives more information about the International Placements through RIG Institute: In 2017, 30 students of 3rd year were placed abroad for Internships which may lead to Final Placement based on performance 18 Students of 2nd year were placed abroad for 6 months internship/ Industrial Training 6 Students of 3rd year were placed in Cruise Ships

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee structure is bit on the higher side ie a bit expensive, I feel. The fees are Rs 155,000 per annum which makes it to Rs 440,020 on s total for a period of four years which is not very economical or affordable.

Campus Life

4.5

The Institute provides the facility for part studies in India for B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management in University of Ulster UK, the final semesters to be finished in UK. This university has been ranked as no. 2 in UK by Guardian newspaper for hospitality courses. The Institute offers a twinning program in which students study for two years in RIG Institute in India and then do two years in Switzerland to finish their B.Sc. Degree.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network or association as such but the seniors are very helpful, cooperative and friendly. They try to help the juniors in every aspect from practicals to books to exam patterns and how to write the exam paper

Admission

This course is divided into 1.5 years and 2.5 years respectively. For the first 1.5 years, the candidate will be imparted education at the Greater Noida campus of the institute. Then for the rest of 2.5 years, the candidate will be transferred to Ulster University in UK where he/she will complete the degree course.

Faculty

4

The institute has well-qualified faculty members through which it provides quality education to its students. RIG also provides the best facilities to its students like well-equipped kitchens, labs etc.

Remarks:

The college is too small . The committee's should try to build a big and spacious campus for the students .Rest everything is good . As it is one of the best college in India. According to me it should provide free afternoon meal to all the students in a day as the students spend a lot by having food outside and wasting the money.
