My college review

To be honest, at first I was quite nervous and not sure about the environment of the college but at the time of studying there I had the best experience of my life. I gained some good friends and also many great teachers and seniors. The surroundings were also very helpful including all the workers and non teaching staff.

The teaching style of the professors at the college is exclusively based on the research and heavily depends on practical knowledge. The structure of syllabus is very student oriented which helps all of the students to thoroughly enjoy and also learn it in a very quick yet detailed way.

Placements in our college depends on the academic excellence of the students. Also there is a high placement records. The level of placements and job opportunities may increase or decrease as per the academic score of the students. Chembiotek, GlaxoSmithKline, Alkem Lab, Cipla Ltd, Nestle, Orchid, La Chemical, Fine Health Care, etc are some companies which offers the recruitment opportunities.

The overall fee for the B.Pharma course is about Rs. 350000. According to me the fee is quite affordable. Along with all of the other facilities that are provided at the NSCBIP the fee can be termed as feasible enough for all of the middle class students of West Bengal.

TECHFEST is one of the most highly anticipated program of our college. Also, many environment friendly activities such as "One student, one tree" are often launched by the authorities of the college. Apart from the activities organised by the college authorities, many other social events are always happening by the students themselves.

Separate hostels are provided to both boys and girls of the college. Both the hostels are quite near to the college. Products of daily necessities are also provided at the hostels. In case of any mishap or health related problems, hospital dropping facility is also provided at the hostels. The hostel were clean plus healthy food options were provided.

To get the admission in Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Institution Of Pharmacy, I had to first give an entrance test. The entrance test was scheduled by the college in the month of May. I was very nervous about the entrance exam at first but the environment at the college made me very comfortable and confident. After my successful attempt at the exam, my name appeared in the cut off list of the college. I was then called with my documents to confirm by admission.

The faculty of our college can be stated as the most informative faculty of all time. There is a wide spectrum of teachers and professors. All of the teachers are very indulge in teaching the students all the time. There is also a friendly relationship between the teachers and the students.
