Course Curriculum Overview
The course of MBBS is of a time span of 4 years and 5 months. The course also includes 1 year of compulsory internship. The college has a very nice studying atmosphere and provides all course required facilities.
Placement Experience
CIMS, Chamarajnagar is a college with dignity and name and thus has great job opportunities after graduation with high stipend and job security. Jobs at both rural and urban regions are offered at CIMS.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I am completing my MBBS by paying Rs.69,350 per year according to the All India Quota. The fees to be paid at the time of admission is Rs.69,350. The fees is more as compared to other medical government colleges in India and might not be feasible to everyone but is still okay.
Campus Life
The college has a more academic oriented course which does not involve many extracurricular activities. Though, the newly renovated college has a very good infrastructure with the teaching hospital which provides all the facilities.
Admission
I started by applying for the NEET Karnataka State Counselling by visiting the official portal of Karnataka Education Authority. Then I was allotted my seat in the college on the basis of my marks in the exam.
Faculty
My college faculty has always been very helpful in all the matters and have a very positive view towards the student-teacher relationship which builds the faith in the teacher and encourages the student to work hard and smart. Also all the faculty members are well-trained and well-qualified.
