Remarks

The college is good enough to do diploma in engineering.btw it's among the best diploma colleges in west bengal.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are 6 total semesters and there are total of 3 exams in each semester.2 of which are class tests or internals and one semester or final exam.

Placement Experience

About 40 companies come to our college for placements,so the faculty is actually pretty good.

College Events

Saraswati Puja, viswakarma puja,social event,annual sports,freshers party, the arrangement is pretty good.btw recently it was a inter college football championship in which 15 more colleges other than pp participated in.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are very less I have to pay rs 300 in each semester.cause I have tution fee waiver but others may have to pay nearly 800 a semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed tuition fee waiver(TFW) from the local BDO.in which I got a discount on the semester fee by rs 500.

Campus Life

The campus life is fare.no ragging is there.the labs are good,the drawing rooms are good,the smart classes are good,the halls and alumnis are good, the workshops are well featured.

Hostel Facilities

No I haven't opted for hostel cause I have a passion of traveling.so I travel about 50 kilometres by train to reach my college everyday.but if I have to write about the college hostel they are good enough.there are a total of 3 boys hostel buildings and 2 girls hostel buildings.they are good but you have to share a room with another classmate.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah,they are really helpful the provide us experiences about the course,the experiments, the workshops,btw they have created a website for the alumni of Purulia Polytechnic.and also whatsapp groups to add all.

Admission

Engineering is my passion.so I cleared the JEXPO-2019.With a rank of 1277 and admitted to this college.then our class started on 1st of August,2019 and I started my hard work towards my dreams.

Faculty

About 9 professionals are there to teach us various subjects such as electrical technology,ac,dc circuits,motors and electronics,there are also subjects such as development of life skill, business, economics and accountancy.

Placement Experience:

After completing of 4th semester you can eligible for campus placement. L&t, Mahindra, Wipro, John dere, Mando, and many other companies visited. The highest package is 35000 which is offered by the l&t. 85% of students got placed. I will complete my BTech.

Their is lots of positive sine like teacher Student relationship is very smooth, also senior and junior students, Eco friendly class rooms, big campus area, own play ground, labs etc. but also some negetive sine their is no sufficient teachers and staff, no proper cleaning etc.

I passed jexpo exam in the year of 2012 after completing my higher secondary. This a nice collage because the circumstances are petty good and the teachers are very friendly with the students. Although being a private collage, they don't tell me any deposit money. Some of my friends study here. That's why i choose this collage.

Best Diploma college in west bengal

Eligibility of the course is you the to complete your 10 standards from any board.
