INSIDE THE CAMPUS OF PURULIA POLYTECHNIC

I love overall atmosphere of the college. The mesmerizing playground of the college is still in my heart.The college consists three buildings for teaching different branches of engineering.The buildings includes labs also
The faculty teachers of each branch are one of the prime reasons of college being a superb college.The faculty teachers are well behaved and exceptionally knowledgeable.They teach the students important life lessons along with the engineering topics

Dislikes

Sadly, There are several things that I dislike about our college. Concern related to drinkable water is one of them. The quality of drinkable that comes from storage is not upto the mark.Although two new water purifiers are installed in our college
Secondly, Our college-buildings need a little bit of repairing because the buildings are reasonably old enough to cause damage. Some of the classrooms are really damp and wet.This issue needs to be fixed.

Placement Experience:

After passing 4th semester L&T, TATA, NIPPON STEEL, JSL, JSW, BRAVO etc Highest package provided is around 8-10 LPA and average package provided is around 4 LPA. Usually and L&T and JSL provides high packages Almost 70-80% of students I'm going to take admission in a BTECH college for persuing Bachelor in Engineering degree

Likes

Reputation of our college Purulia polytechnic.
Electrical engineering study faculty very good.

Dislikes

Laboratory all equipment are not proper working & out of available.

Our college provided better placement. Our electrical department all wiling student are placed. Also, I am placed with a Popular MNC company with my package 3LPA. In our college 300 out of 220 students are placed.

Best polytechnic or Diploma College in West Bengal.

Likes

The college provide best placement. Allmost 40 students are getting job from the college around of 60 to 65 total students.
Best Behavior of Teacher. They teach politely. They are almost clear all douts of students.

Dislikes

All most all the books in library are old category. Few books are latest .
I have no any other dislikes things are available.

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement Eligibility:- After completing of 5th semester almost all the companies are called for placement. Names Of Company For placement: JSW Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, L&T, Arceler Mittal Nippon Steel, Average Package of jobs:- 200000/year. Almost every year 70 to 80% of students are placed. I completed my course in 2022 and now I am pursuing a Btech course for higher education.

In this college the teachers are really very good.they not only learn very well but also guide us and motivate.
In this college the classes will be regular

In this college the main problem is that the lab's accesories can't start.

Placement Experience:

After the 4th semester our college placement get started.there are many companies are visited here like gdcl,L&T,jsl,jsw,etc and provide their highest package in our institute..in this year highest package in our institute 3.2lakh per year and the avarage package in our institute is 2.5lakh.my plan is getting the degree is to become a good engineering

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, you're eligible to sit on-campus exams and interviews. Our TPO will offer you placement details. There are a lot of companies are there which have visited our college like L&T power, L&T Construction, Jindal Steel, JSW, CESC, Mahindra, SAI group, Sakammbari Group, Bravo Sponj Iron, etc. 90% of students in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil got placed in Companies. The highest Package offered by the company was mine about 4.8LPA. Otherwise, the average package is 3.5 LPA. About 85% of students got their job on Campus.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible to attend campus placement interviews. There are so many reputed companies that visit our college for placement like Jindal steel and power, JSW, JSL, TATA STEEL, L&T, Super smelters ltd and many more small companies. AS far as my knowledge concerns the highest package is around 800000 LPA and the lowest is around 250000 LPA. Most of the students get the placement some are in big companies and some are in local companies. As I have selected Jindal steel and power as JE.

Placement Experience:

6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies are comes in this college. And the highest average package is 3.5 lakh. Their is no limit to the percentage of companies that are not. My plan is i want to go jsw company.

Remarks:

Positive remarks is that our college teacher and seniors are very good and also the facilities are so good and the negative remarks is our placement it is not so good as the other govt colleges.H ere in our college canteen facility is very good.
