Gaighata Government Polytechnic-Review

At first, I am done JEXPO exam then my rank was 7635. Then I can do counseling, in 1st counseling I took this college and came to college for the admissions. I want a govt college so this college is govt and with others, I am going through it.

I chose electrical engineering because the job opportunity is more in this stream. I want to achieve a govt job such as a railway job. In railway, the vacancy of electrical engineering is much more so I chose that stream. The faculty and the students' ratio is very good. I think the ratio is 1:2 in your college. Many companies come to our collection and many students are gate e job from our college and the teachers are so good. The exam is totally controlled WBSCTE and the paper was also so the board exams are difficult.

Mainly the students are eligible for campus placement from the 5th Semester. Many companies visited in our college the most common company was Tata Steel, l&t, TCS, etc. The highest average package provides by the company is tata company, the package was most about 30000rs. Almost 50% of students are gate a job from our college and others are gated a new govt job or go to Btech. My plan is simple. After completing college, I want to achieve a govt job.

Our college is a government college so the fees are very less. I was admission this college for 840rs only. Every semester takes almost 640rs approx. And the total 3y course fees is almost under,4000rs. Not yet I did not get any scholarships so am I do not know about it.

In our college, all annual festivals are done. Mainly teachers day, Saraswati puja, Biswakarma puja, farewell, etc. In our library, the amount of books is so much and the quality is very good we do not buy books from outside we take books from our library. The classroom is very good and all the instruments are available in our lab and the teacher are goods. Your college has not a specific playground so no sports play in our college. The college has its own website and we are mainly going to our official website of WBSCTE.
