IIT JEE, Initial and basic steps to take admission in Petroleum Engineer. There is no interview process for admission in B.Tech., though required GATE score card and Interview for admission in M.Tech. courses.

Course work are designed keeping in mind the future completive exams and appearing in different multinational companies requirement, it includes industrial training which help to understand the course work studied and give good opportunity to visit international locations.

Internship was done in KDMIPE Oil Natural gas corporation Dehradun. It was completely industrial internship. Stipend was give by college @ 8000/pm.

Placement was good and provide national to multinational companies to appear. Package is totally varied on company to company basis BUT on average it is @ 10L/Year.

Its very good, gender ratio doesn't matter and varying with year. For living as student life campus is very good and having open culture. Nothing is rigid. Sometimes rules are very tough and clear to make good environment.

Hostel facility is good, it includes clubs having GYM swimming pool different sports court and very good canteen in almost all hostels, All hostels are around within the campus. so overall hostel facility are good.

Semester wise exams having mid sem and final sem. Marks are on the basis of total mid sem and end sem.
