Course Curriculum Overview

I guess our exam structure is a little vague and adds pressure on students. There are exams every month with a lot of other assignments and quizzes. I think our exam structure is not research-driven and more of memorizing concepts rather than knowing it's practical importance.

Placement Experience

Placements for CS/IT is excellent. However, core companies provide a low package but many companies come for recruitment.

College Events

Our cultural fest: Riviera is among the top 10 fests of India whereas Gravitas, the technical fest is also very good. Various students from across the country participate in the fest and the fest is at a grand level. Various competitions are held in the technical fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My academic fee is 173000 per year which I think is quite expensive. We pay the fees through online mode only. A security fee of 20000 is paid earlier. However, according to the facilities provided by the college, the fees are okay. There is no significant scholarship provided

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they offer scholarships to the top 10 students of each branch. However, the scholarship vary just between 14000-1000

Campus Life

As all engineering college's females are less in number, we have a diverse group of students from all the states. We have excellent facilities for sports and also labs. The labs are well maintained and have sufficient lab equipment. The function that is held is on a grand scale.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms and washrooms are really clean and tidy. No, there are no such situations that our hostel seats are few. There is proper management of the hostel rooms and washrooms. Washrooms are cleaned 3-4 times a day and the rooms are cleaned once every 2 days.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

They are very helpful and I have never faced any form of ragging. Seniors have given ample information as to how to brighten my future.

Admission

VITEEE is the entrance exam and acc to ranks you get admission into VIT. Good rankers get admission in the first category that is, with minimum fees whereas others with higher fees. VITEEE is held in April every year. The questions are easy to moderate and can be easily solved.

Faculty

Our faculty members are very good and sincere. They give their 100% on making the concepts clear to the students. There are 3 classes of one subject in a week and for some subjects, there are two classes. No teacher can skip the classes due to the strict instructions of the college.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
