3 YEARS AT BIET 1 YEAR MORE TO COMPLETE.

Engineering degree course is very much important and easy. In B.tech it contains 4 year study. The exam structure is divided into 4 year. In 1 YEAR 2 semester exam occours. The 4 year contains total 8 semester. Each and every semester result is important for YGPA marks.

The institute has a dynamic Training and placement cell which is operated by experienced officer from Kolkata and assisted by other senior and experienced faculty members from the co-ordinational wing at the college. The training and placement cell is continuously scouting for job opportunities for the students of BIET, by acting as an interface between the institution and the university. Yes our college provide internship.

In our college there are various events and occaction celebrated. Various puja like saraswati puja, Ganesh puja, Viswakarma puja etc. are celebrated with very enjoy. The most important event that is celebrated in our college is the annual cultural festival programme. Every end of the year it is celebrated with very excitement. All the students from first year to fourth year participate on this programme. Various singers and musicians are come from Kolkata and other cities.

Fees structure is very much feasible. A student have to pay an amount of INR- 3lakh and 40 thousands nealy about 4 lakh to complete the total degree or four years. A student have to pay 80,000 rupees per year , that is very much feasible for b.tech degree.

Our college offers many scholarships for poor but meritorious students. Scholarships like minority, obc , swami vivekananda are available here. Also a scholarship known as half fees is also available here for the poor students. Loan facility is also available on every bank for this college.

Extracurricular activities like- tree plantation programme, blood donation programme are arranged here. Many students take part on these programmes. Sports like - run, jump are happen here on every end of year specially on winter season. There are so many laboratory on our college. There are various laboratory like- electrical lab, electronic lab, computer lab, civil workshop and mechanical workshop.

No I wasn't opted for hostel, because my house is near to Suri.But I know about the hostel infrastructure and facilities very much. The hostel is divided into 2 parts- 2 boys hostel, 1 girls hostel. Now boys hostel is subdivided into junior boys hostel for first year student only and senior boys hostel for rest of the first year students upto 4 th year students. The rooms conditions are very good. Many guards are there. Foods quality is also so good and not expensive.

Alumny network is very good. Pre - placement students grooming programme conducted by different reputed professional organizations. Industrial visit facility for the students conducted by the concerned departments with the co-ordination of the training and placement cell.

After passing my Higher secondary examination I was appeared for West Bengal joint entrance examination. My examination seat was BIRBHUM INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY.After few days the result of this examination was published and I went to this college for councilling. aAfter few days of councilling I was selected to admission on this college and I went the college with my father for admission.

In BIRBHUM INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY there are many faculty and staff members available. Various types of faculty and members are working here. Some faculty of high qualified degree takes the classes. Other faculty with less qualified degree takes the laboratory and practical and workshop classes.This is an institute formed mainly by teachers so it gives the process of student- teacher interaction utmost priority.
