Good college for hard and smart working students

Quite over-discipline rules, mostly gives school vibes.

Course curriculum is more on theory based than practical one. It follows old traditional method of studying and writing an exam. It is on students only how they get extra knowledge of their subjects. Though syllabus is enough to get the deep knowledge of the subject helpful in placements. Timely Industrial visits have beeb organized in private and government companies.

A lot of IT companies like Capgemini, Hitachi, Amazon, TCS, some start-ups etv visit our campus and hire students for placements. No company for internship purpose has ever visited.60-70% students are placed annually. And the institution though includes special classes of personality and development but not at the expected level.

My college is famous for its fests. The 3 days annual fest titled "Maestros" is conducted at big scale for all technical, cultural categories. with 1 star night. Freshers is also celebrated with great enjoyment. Festivals like Holi is celebrated within the campus itself. Other festivals like lohouri and diwali are celebrated by hostlers.

annual fee is Rs 105000. Out of which Rs 55000 is payable at first sem and remaining in next sem. Only rs 500 prospectus fees is taken at time of admission with this annual fee. All additional charges like wi-fi, uniform etc is included in this. Transport fee is not included.

Yes the collegw offers scholarship.100% tuiton fee waive off for students secured more than below 50000 rank in jee main.50% tuiton fee waive off for students secured more than 95% in 12th or between 50k to 70k rank in jee main.

Campus life of the college is like school life. Regular time table with 1 hour lunch break. Some activities are carried out by each departments like seminars, projects display, extempore, Group discussions etc. at basic level.Sports day is also celebrated once in a year. College has court and grounds for cricket, volley ball, football and basket ball but only 1 hous lunch break is all to play. Gender ratio is I feel 1:1 all over college. But in my department, it is 5 girls to 25 boys.

I have not opted for hostel. By my friends who stay in hostel are satisfie with the rooms in terms of hygiene and space. Though there are plenty of hostel seats, but rules are little strict specially for girls. PGs are there in nearby but not very high standards.

My seniors are very helpful.Whenever I have any doubt, they help me very nicely. They have guided me for my queries related to placements, projects, summer training, companies coming for placements etc.

I went to the college desk and got myself admitted to it. The online procedure is to select the name of college in Haryana counselling and after getting a seat in the college, pay the remaining fees. There is method of getting offline admission by directly visiting the college.

Approx 20 lecturers are in ECE dept. All are 30-50 years old and experienced. Faculties are very helpful and motivating in every respect. The lectures delivered are as per university outdated curriculum but lecturers try to give their best knowledge to us.
