The college management is very good in our college. They are giving us all the facilities that are needed.

Our course is basically to get B.tech degree in various branches like mechanical, electronics and communications,Computer science and Petroleum engineering. Our college has good on placement records in comparison with other engineering colleges in assam.The exam pattern in the whole 4 year course is Semester system. There are total 8 semester and exam held at the end of every semester.After completion of 8th semester we get the final GPA.the entire course cost around 4 lacs indian rupees.

Placement is very good specially in my branch i.e Petroleum engineering. Companies that recruit are ONGC,OIL,NRL etc.

Every year we the students Organise A techno cum management festival named AUXESIS. This whole festival is organised very largely. The average expenditure of this festival is around 5 lacs.we students Organise the event with the help of our beloved teachers.

Total fees structure is around 4 lacs(3,90,000) indian rupees excluding hostel fees. Hostel fees is 1850 rupees per month. There is also a admission fee in case of hostel i.e 3000 rupees. Per semester we have to pay around 50,000 to 60,000 rupees which as a whole is 3,90,000 rupess in entire 4 year.

I didn't opted for any scholarship. But the college offers some good scholarship schemes to students who needed it the most.and also there is a loan system in our college.

Many extracurricular activities like robotics,sports,cultural activities were held in our college. Gender ratio iz 10 boys to 1 girl. The labs in our college are well equipped with high facilities. I am happy to mention that there is no racism in our college. In fact some of the foreign students are also studying in our college and and they get no problem.

The seniors are very friendly in my college. The alumni network is also very strong in our college and they visit our college timely to interact with the students.

I got the admission thourough a State level engineering entrance exam called CEE(combined entrance examination).On the month of july the admission of the college starts. But the admission process starts early in the month of june every year. I choose this college because of the good placement scenario as well as top infrastructure and because of top teaching facilities given by the institute.

8 to 10 subjects in every semester. The teachers of this this institution has a good subject knowledge as well as practical knowledge. Basically i am doing b.tech in Petroleum engineering in this institution. Currently i am at the 6th semester. No of lectures held in my class are 6 to 7 per day covering 8 to 10 subjects.
