Remarks

The infrastructure is very good fees is very low college management is very good. Bad remarks-Needs govt attention so that it can be affiliated to some better university.

Entrance Preview

IPU-CET, I chose ECE over CSE because I will be having opprtunities to join PSU and alongside I can also get into IT companies and core electronics companies.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum was not of any use. Since the subjects and content we have studied are nowhere applied in Industries. The elective subjects available in 4th year are Mobile computing, Network technology and DIP. The curriculum is rotten and of no practical use.

Internships Opportunities

There were no such companies for internship we have to apply it off campus into Private and Govt, Firms, Stipend offered in Govt, Firms like Bhek, Ntox, Drdois null but Pvt. Firms offer a stipend dependimg upon ur calibre.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is quite decent recently 92 students got placed in TCS out of 160 Eligible students 3-4 other companies have also visited the campus till now E&Y also picked 12 students.

College Events

5

The college is famous for its Annual Cultural Technical Fest. The name is Conversance, Last year in 2014 we had Dr. Kumar Vishwas for star night, The fest goes on for three days and several coolege from Delhi NCR participate in it. Apart from this Annual Sports meet-AOSM, ECO FEST- Catharsis are hoisted every year by the college. The college has 4 councils-Student council, Cultural council, Ieee society & Sports Council. Events like Independence Day, Teachers day etc are held every year. The college also contains a NSS wing.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is very low rs 35000 per annum 24000 tution fees 11000 university fees the fee structure is very feasible and since it is a govt college so no xtra amout is demanded from the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is given to economicaly weaker sections student, SC, ST & OBC students. EWS scholarship is offered by IPU and other three by Delhi Govt.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is very good as the college has a very good infrastructure including a big green lushy ground. Gender ratio had improved in last two years. It is now 10:3. Regular technical workshops are being held by IEEE AIT society of the college. Cultural societies comprises of Dance ub, Literary club, Dance club, Fine Arts and Music Club. No discrimination on the basis of caste or religion.

Hostel Facilities

3

Therw are no hostels in the college outside Delhi students usually reside in rented apartments and PGs in the nearby areas. In Pg average rental including every expense is - Rs 6000 per month.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni Network is quite weak but the Alumni's are very well placed. Many of them are in top MBA colleges like IIMs. Therw is a very good senior junior interaction. Juniors usually adress seniors as "Sir". No ragging but a healthy relationship is there between senior and juniors.

Exam Structure

Exams take place every month but they are not hectic. There are two mid sem in every semester and one end sem. In a year there are two semesters.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty was quite good as the faculty is recruited via UPSC so we have higly qualified faculties. Faculty are always ready to helo if u have some doubt its like evry other college, If u are interested then attend the class otherwise its ur wish. Facutlies take classes regularly depending on Student's Interest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think course curriculum was good. Each semester has 20 credit. There are 5 days classes a week. There are 2 month of summer vacation and around 1 month of winter vaccination. When a semester start mid term exam is just after 1.5 month after and end term after 4 month.

Many core companies come here as capital goods and defence sector is where our expertise and teaching takes us to. It's the majority of IT names that comes but I am or rather no one should look beyond their core branch otherwise there's no point is what I feel. Averages have suddenly gone up as currently as per the substrata of last 3-4 years it stands at 7.5 lakhs a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the cse program as it is the need of the hour and is in great demand nowdays. In coming years ai and tech are the only things that will be superior. I think in my opinion the teaching style should be changed in some ways so as to make student engage and be interested in class.
