My college

At times the college management is very rude to the students and the students council have no authority. Also demands of the students are not given values or taken to consideration. The college management does not provide all the facilities or helps which they provide in their advertisements.

The Course curriculum is good. But when related to the daily work some subjects may not be found useful (like the basic mechanical subjects). The exam structure is nice but the valuation is very poor. It doesn't provide an accurate result based on the content in the answer papers.

Placements are not at all available. When compared to other departments like computer science, Information technology, Civil, Mechanical. But we might be able to achieve a job after the course based on our practical and theoretical knowledge

Azure cultural fest, Azure tech fest, Futsal football tournament, Intra college sports meet, Intercollege sports fest, IEDC Summit, Intra department fests, Inter department fests, Code breaking sessions, Music clubs, Arts clubs, Innovation clubs.

It's moderate fees which is around 85000 to 95000. But a refundable price of 100000 may be taken. Hostel fees cost yearly for about 16000 as room rent and monthly rent of about 5000 may be charged as the food fees.

Government scholarship facilities are available for students based on their performances and studies. Whereas no other scholarships are not there in my knowledge. Also students from the reserved categories and students from sports quota are having a low fees structure as a scholarship.

The college provides with good extra curricular activities like football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, also athletics. Also the college has a very good team which secures prizes in university tournaments. The students are considered equally and no rationalism is done, there are students from other countries but they are also given the same rights and preferences. Diversity is maintained throughout. The college have sufficient lab facilities for every department with best lab staffs.

Hostel infrastructure are good and all the facilities are provided in the hostel. But the food quality is quite low. Play time are available for about 1½ hours. Also the management are quite adjustable but certain strict orders are found at times which may be irritating for the students.

Alumni are helpful in finding jobs also to understand the market in the present world about the jobs, salaries and other details. College also provides an alumni network. But recent meetups are not available.

I chose this college because it offers a wonderful lab facility also a wonderful and supporting teaching staff. There are wide range of companies (like royal enfield, yamaha, eicher/volvo, bosch) who offer training facilities also. This college is a good option for people who are looking for B.Tech in Automobile.

Faculties of the Automobile department are very helpful in teaching the subjects as well helping us in many things to learn which are out of the subjects. At any time we can approach them for queries and other helps.
