Remarks

For the sake of knowledge and good degree completion is good but like if someone is planning of getting good placement then sorry you cannot get it in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The college is under VTU University so the university will conduct the exam and they will evaluate the paper while the practical would be conducted by College based on dates provided by University while they will allot the external examiner for it. Evaluation is good you need to study then only you will pass in the examination

Placement Experience

0.5

In terms of placement College is lacking way behind any other College and it's not even though providing intership program.

College Events

1.5

Every year alumini meet is celebrated for calling all the alumin and Ghousiana is there it's like the annual fest of the college some chief guest will come and some program would be organised by the students of the college like dancing, singing, modelling, body building.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible for the guys who all are coming through CET exams but for management quota student I think so it's expensive because in that fee people will get better College in northern India and that too with good placement and infrastructure facilities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically college is not specially providing any scholarship but I you can avail it through the bank.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus Life is free not much interruption is there from someone. While the gender gap is there like only some girls are taking admission that to girls are coming mostly through CET quota not through management quota. In sports it's good matches are organised regularly.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

In first years its sharing like in one room 3 people are staying and for 2nd years in one room 2 people are staying while for 3rd and 4th year you can obtain for single room or you can obtain for sharing room while in sharing room also a hall is there which is divided into 3 parts by wall in between.

Alumni/Alumna

Basically College is organising alumini meet every but I don't think so it has cause any help to the college because being a old college it's over 30 years the situation has got worsen

Admission

There was Direct admission to this College through management quota.I have done B.E in civil engineering from this College I have experience that the lab and facilities of this College specially for civil is good compared to other College in Bangalore as per the location and the fee structure of the college

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college are good and well experienced in terms of knowledge most of the faculties are senior faculties and some of them have doctorate degree and some of them are persuing for it.They have good practical knowledge about the subjects.

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
