BIT MESRA A New place to grow

It's wonderful to be here. Placements are excellent here. Campus is very big in about 780 acre with lots of greenery around so its very close to nature. Infrastructure is excellent. Labs are in awesome condition.

Course structure is based on CBCS system, which deals with different technical aspects of knowledge in computer science. Exam in Btech courses here is based as of 2 quizes in semester of 10 marks each and midsem of 25 marks and 50 marks end sem exams and 5 marks on code of conduct, this for theory subjects. For practical subjects they held practical quizes of 40 marks and 60 marks in end sem consisting of viva lab performance and lab records.

Placements and job opportunities are excellent here. This college in top tier college of india in engineering. Yes it ptovide intership. The Mesra campus boasts of an average package of INR 10.4 lakhs per annum and the highest national salary of 40.63 lakhs per annum for BE Progame.

Lots of cultural and tech fests are organized into BIT MESRA. BITTOTSAV is an annual cultural fest and is biggest in east india. Vajra is annual sports fest with inter college participation. HACK A BIT is tech fest. Pantheon. ESummit and many more

Its expensive than NITs. But being Private college (gfti) its fee is ok. Ya its feasible and you can easily avail the loan from the bank in college premises. The entire course fee for 4 years of Btech students admitted in 2019 in 1350000including hostel and mess

GP BIRLA SCHOLARSHIP Is for students which is for those whose family income us below 3 lakhs. It's provided on basis of JEE Mains rank in 1st sem and later onwards on basis of GPA of previous semester.

Trust me Gender rstio is on very poor side as this college has no reservations for female candidates. There are different societies in college: Leo club Lit soc ACM, IEEE, NAPS AERONAUTICAL SOCIETY IETE, DANCE CLUB, NSS, SMAC, SRIJAN, FIRE BOLT.

Its okay. In 1st year all students of BTech BArch IMSC and management live in same hostel with double accommodation in room. In 1st year food quality is just okay *(not its pathetic for me). Room is not so spacious gor 2 people living out there. After 1st year students are allotted single rooms.

Seniors are very much helpful here. Interaction b/w juniors and seniors is very comfortable. I know many of my seniors who got their intership on the recommendation of alumni. So basically this 60 year old prestigious college have strong alumni network.

I appeared for jee mains in 2019. I secured rank AIR 11603. I sat in Jossa counselling and applied for the different colleges and courses. On the basis of my rank i got my self admitted to the course of BTech in Computer Science and engineering

Faculities are highly educated here. All faculties have dignified qualifications of Phd. They have published different reasearch papers in their field of specializations.
