Entrance Preview

I didn't take any entrance exam. Joined through counselling. I believed that I Made a right decision joining this college but when I joined here, I came to know that they were concerned only about the money.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was as per Anna University Syllabus, but you wouldn't have any optional subjects as mentioned in the university curriculum because of shortage of staff. Or inexperienced staffs.

Internships Opportunities

They looted me and my batch mates to repair an old diesel engine. Which was present in so called lab. We spent almost 20000 Rs for final year project.,repairing that engine.

Placement Experience

No placement and no guidance, you are left stranded after u complete your engineering.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't or any of my friends availed any scholarships.The scholarship they show you are limited to brochures.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Review of placement

I applied for SSN and saveetha college. But now i am happy that i got this college. Because when compares to saveetha. My college have better placements. So im happy that i have this college. The thing i hate is they wont teach you realworld application. And projects are very limited. Admission process is like you can apply via TNEA councelling or by management qouta.
