Course Curriculum Overview

Some staff are prepared with new curriculum and updated course on teaching method. areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods are teach in new technology of the subject. Timing of exams are 3hr is enough.

Placement Experience

At the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements and highest package of salary is 9lpa and average package of salary is 4lpa.Companies are visited like tcs, cts, wipro, sify, blue star, hffc, zf, more companies visted like this.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a seat through counseling. I am lateral entry student. My fee structure for 2nd year (tution fee 55000, other fee 25000) and next two year was less than 2nd year. Exam fee separately collected for every year is 6000 and scholarship is provide for both sc / bc category. Bc got 6000 for every year and Sc category got total tution fee amount through scholarship.

Campus Life

Every year all department celebrate an symposium individual like a department wise. I am Mechanical student, we conducted a symposium at name of DXM 2k23 at august 23. Specially we have conducted an auto expo of nearly we invited 20 models motorcycle for the event. Sports and extracurricular activities are offered on campus. Many club and group are run by many students.

Admission

I choose this college over the others are the reason are near to my location and this is an Autonomous college. No, i didn't get any option to apply on other college. Comparing with other college, this is the best college. Good marks is needed on admission process.

Faculty

Faculty to student relationship is good. Few staff are easy to approachable and students friendly. Every semester we have a three internal exam and last semester exam. We must score good mark in internal exam.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Review of placement

I applied for SSN and saveetha college. But now i am happy that i got this college. Because when compares to saveetha. My college have better placements. So im happy that i have this college. The thing i hate is they wont teach you realworld application. And projects are very limited. Admission process is like you can apply via TNEA councelling or by management qouta.
