VIT, where dreams become reality

VIT- a place to learn a chance to grow. College is very good. It provides you the platform to grow as a person. Now it is up to the student whether he misuses it or uses it to his full potential. I simply love the College.

I am currently doing B. Tech CSE and I find the curriculum to be well structured. In the first semester, the subjects/course is allotted by the College and then there is FFCS where you can choose the course you want to study.

The College does provide internships but being in the first year I have not applied for an internship. I have heard from my seniors that the companies coming for internships are MNCs and so one has a good opportunity for career growth.

We have Riviera a cultural fest that had 45000 participants in 2020. It is South India's one of the biggest cultural fests. We also have a technical fest Gravitas held around October. We have various hackathons from different clubs and chapters throughout the year.

The fee structure is feasible. it depends upon in which category are you coming to the College. There are different types of rooms ranging from 6 bed NAC to 1 bed AC. The mess price is 50000 for veg and 65000 for special.

The College provides scholarships for the top 1000 rankers in the VITEEE exam. To maintain the scholarship one needs to fulfill the criteria of 75% attendance. It also provides free education to exceptional unprivileged minds.

We had a freshers party when we came to College. The facilities available are very good. We have a huge library with more than 1 lakh books. The sports facilities are good with three gyms on our campus. We also have a big stadium where students play. We also have facilities like squash, tennis, badminton.

Yes, I have opted for a hostel. The hostel is well maintained with cleaning done every day. There are water filters on every floor and the wardens are very friendly. We have 1 bed,2 bed,3 bed,4 bed and 6-bed rooms with non Ac as well as Ac.

The seniors are very good and helpful. The College is ragging free and the seniors help you whenever you have any problem. Join any club or chapter and you will have the best College life. You develop a bond with your seniors and they become your friends.

To get admission into this prestigious institution, we first need to apply for an entrance exam VITEEE. The exam usually happens in April and the results are declared in May. According to your rank, you are given the option of selecting the course you desire.
