Infrastructure can be made better as some parts of college are very old including some of the hostels and the quality of mess food could be improved. However the best placements are the reason anyone should prefer this college

The course curriculum is fairly good but it does lack in the industrial application to what we are taught, though efforts are being made to tackle this problem, but it will take some time before it is possible. Per semester their are two exams for theoretical subjects mid-sem (of 20 marks) and end-sem(of 60 marks) and 20 marks as teachers assessment. Their is only one final end sem exam for practicals.

MNNIT ALLAHABAD has a good ranking and most the credit goes to placement stats of our college. Many of the companies visited our college this year for placements as well as for internship. Some of those are (stipend for interns) - bajaj auto-20,000. Google-1,00,000. Citicorp-40,000, SAP labs-45,000. American Express-70,000,Adobe-1,50,000. Amazon-45,000. Alstom-15,000. Visa-45,000. JP morgan and chase-50000. Morgan Stanley-87,000. Goldman Sachs-1,00,000. Many other companies such as flipkart, myntra, arista, citric, Salesforce, brahmos, etc also offered internships.

Culrav - cultural fest, Avishkar-Technical fest, Prosang-Robotics event, E. Cell-coding event, Hack36-hackathon event, Devjam-coding event. In culrav various celebrities are invited to perform such as local train, Shirley Setia etc. In Avishkar various technical events are performed including coding, Robotics, aeromodelling, circuit designing, various quizzes etc.

The fee structure is feasible and depends upon the family income of individual. The revised fee of Mnnit Allahabad for new students is-income-less than 1,00,000 is 33,000 per sem, for income between 1 lakh to 5 lakh is 55,000 and for above 5 lakh income it is 90,000. Mess fee of 15,000 is separate for hosteller.

Generally the government provides scholarships. However, the college provides scholarship to the top 5 toppers of each department. None other kind of scholarships are offered by college itself. However the fee and mess are already subsidised by the government itself.

Labs are good and are equipped with newer equipments and are maintained nicely. Their are separate fields for cricket,football,lawn tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, skating rink etc and sac for other indoor games including chess, carrom, table tennis, etc.

The hostels are okay. First year hostel is very good, looks like a hotel. In first year four people share rooms in second also 4,in third 2, and in final year everyone is provided single rooms. Ambulance is 24hrs for any casualty along with counsellors to prevent depression among students. Mess is also OK but not very good.

Yes they are very helpful. We come to know that where are our alumni are working and thus we have a fair advantage in getting internships as we have our seniors working almost everywhere. Also due to them working many companies visit for placements as well.

I got admitted in MNNIT ALLAHABAD after qualifying for jee mains and securing a good rank 11531. After the results online counselling was done conducted by jossa,where the choice has to be filled up for different branches of engineering. I got MNNIT ALLAHABAD in the first round and then I froze further rounds, thereby finally getting admitted to MNNIT ALLAHABAD.

Faculty is highly qualified in MNNIT ALLAHABAD. Many of the professors have published and are easily approachable. Most of them are fairly interested in teaching(excluding a few) and do a good job. Most of them hold phd's and that too from some of the world's famous universities.
