Remarks

I would highly recommend to join our college if you want to work on research and also go for good placements and you will be open to many opportunities in the country. Manu companies come for placements and also you can gain a lot of knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is flexible with the ffcs system of VIT and we have 3 exams in total which includes 1-semester end exam and 2 internal assessments. Apart from that, we have labs and digital assignments

Placement Experience

Placements are really good and students are offered internships from the different mnc's that come for placements. The average package is around 7. 5 LPA. And over three thousand students are offered internships and job offers

College Events

We have a technical fest named gravitas in which different clubs of vit organize different events for the students across India. We have a cultural fest named riviera for 4 days in Feb every year. Many hackathons and workshops will be organized as a part of the event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible if you get admitted in category 1 or 2 as it's around 2 LPA for category 1 and 3 lakhs for category 2. For the above categories, 1lakh will be increased in the fee. And apart from that, we need to pay separately for hostel and mess facilities.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't receice any kind of loan or scholarship as it is not required for. me. however Indian bank of vit offers loan for students and also few scholarships are available for the rank holders and merit students of vit

Campus Life

Labs are present on the university campuses which really help students to research a lot and many courts are present for students for sports. Gym facility is also available on campus for both men and women.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure is good. It has around 18 hostels in which 14 are for men and 4 are for women. Both ac and non ac rooms are available for the students to select from. And also different type of rooms with 1,2,3,4,6 members on it

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Then help us in placements and also help us in choosing the right path for masters and also choose the best branch which we good at or interested in. They tell us their experiences in the placements.

Admission

I got around 3. 5k rank in VITEEE and I'm interested in CSE. I got a seat in CSE in category 1. It's quite easy with the admission process as I have a good rank and also all my marks in 12th and 10th were really good.

Faculty

They are very supportive and often help in reserach work. Many faculty are from reputed organizations and also had lot of experience in their field. They teach really good. They help us in different course projects.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
