GCCBA - One of the best

Overall I think my college is one of the best one in the state of West Bengal, and its has good facilities in terms of education and social events. The professor are very kind and helpful, the provide with the best solution anytime we need.

The course is itself the best one and of course there's no other course to compete with it. The syllabus is based as that of given by Calcutta University, and it include all the possible matters related to commerce and in arranged or sequenced properly.

Our college provides one of the best job placement opportunities, many big companies come here for hiring the best that they can get. Students get call from companies who wants to hire them. I am unaware of any fact regarding internship.

College has many events to offer to its students. "Quest" the INTERCOLLEGE fest that is organised by our college, then we celebrate founder's da, saraswati puja and many more events. We have our own social events for our college students.

As its a fully government initiated college, so the college fees is feasible, the admission is of ?520 and each semester of 6 months each costs around ?400. So its very much feasible. Other than all this University fees is also reliable.

As the college is affiliated to Calcutta University one of the renowned University of India. It provides scholarship for the students whose family income is below certain mark. The girls received a special scholarship for the studies.

Our college organise sports that is held once in a year. Other than that our college keeps on participating in sports events whenever possible. Cricket, carrom, table tennis are some of them which keep Students relaxed between the classes.

Interaction with the seniors are wonderful. They are always eager to help us whenever we need there help. We get to many things related to our studies and the things that we must do to get a good return in our coming future.

As i studied Commerce in my higher secondary, so it was first and foremost choice to do b. com hons from on the best institutes of west bengal. So after my boards results were out i waited for the admission application process to start. And i filled all the details as per necessities, so the selection happens as per your merit list, and so they release a provisional merit list at first which shows out of all students how many are eligible for admission in the college. Then comes the merit lists which is done merit basis.

The faculty in our college are highly educated experienced and trained. All of them have huge knowledge of their dedicated subject and on field of commerce. Every professor give their best in terms of teaching, and their skills of teaching and Sharing knowledge among us are something to be remembered.
