It's the best college for engineering

I would 100 percentage recommend Nirma for your engineering study and as far as placements are concerned it is one of the college s which provide highest percentage of Placements across all streams of engineering.

I won't be able to comment on current course curriculum as I passed my engineering from this college almost a decade ago however the courses were upto the mark and as per current market standards when I was studying.

The placements percentage in my college was very high compare to any other colleges in Gujarat. There was no internship provided by my college however inhouse project training was provided by them in last semester of IT engineering.

Many programming competition and robotics events were celebrated in my college. This events not helped students gain practical knowledge but also helped to develop multi dimensional skill among students.

This is the only downside of my college as the fees of 44000 Rs for curriculum and 6000 of transportation was being taken. I believe it was high as compare to other college fees but recently I guess they have included the college in TFW(Tuition Fees Weaver ) scheme thereby enabling study for middle class family as well.

I have not come across any scholarships and loan facilities provided by my college however if you score good then there are various government scholarships which you can opt for. There are educational loan from banks which you can opt for in case of financial help.

My college was not only encouraging students for study but they were equally encouraging students for extra curricular activities. The college was not encouraging any sort of political activities thereby decreasing nusance.

I didn't opt for hostel during my graduation neither my college provides the same. I believe graduation students are mature enough to take care the daily requirement on their own. I guess they provide hostel for management students but i will not be able to comment on this.

The alumnis are connected through various social media platforms and every year in the month of January the alumni meet is organised by my college where alongwith formal talks dinner is programmed. There is one Telegram channel,Facebook group where the general discussion pertaining to alumnis happen.

I took admission through Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses counseling process which was based on 12th results of PCM and Biology. It has no management quota seats. It purely depends on merit to grab the students.

The college had an array of faculties who passed their masters and PhD from recognised institutions like NITs and IITs across all streams. The practical knowledge was also considered along with exam point of view study.
