All over my college is satisfactory and a B++ graded college given by the Calcutta University. According to me I rate my college by 4. Positively 80% negatively 20%. The non teaching staffs must be more responsible and polite and the college union must be rectified.

As I'm a Zoology student I can write about all of this course in this college.The course is about to 3 years.Semesters are organised after 6 months of each year which is directed by the Calcutta University.As Zoology is a practical based subject, the number division for this course is 50+30+(10+10) i.e.50 for theory, 30 for practical, 10 for internal assessment, 10 for attendance.Additionally, you can do your masters from this college after complethion of your bachelor degree whether your marks fulfilled the requirements.

Yes, my college provide opportunities for internship if you qualify.After cracking the NET/ SET examination you can start your internship as a professor.It's also heard that you can even do your Ph.D under the proffessors of this college.

After getting admission, the first years' students are invited by Freshers' (Navin Baran) organised by college union.Besides they are invited by the seniors of their departments.Teachers' Day is also get well celebrated and in every year the College Social programme is organised by union where famous celebrities are invited.

The fees structure is quite expensive.For B.A.general course it's about to 2k-3k, for B.Sc general course 3k-4k.For B.A.honours course 4k-4.5k, for B.Sc honours course 6k-7k (practical based)& 5k-5.5k (tutorial based).Accommodation charge is excluded.

Here economically weak or talented students can get scholarships from college.Here's the scholarship Kanyashree for the unmarried girls above 18 years, yearly scholarship for the OBC candidates who are economically weak and talented too.Admission fees is also considered for the students weak financially.All the scholarships and considerations are appreciated whether the principal approves.

Laboratory is so good, I said before.Well furnished, well developed, loaded with required specimens and all.Even the lab materials like slides, coverslips, tissue and blotting papers, chemicals all are provided by the college.Sports is organised in every year at the college playground in Maidan.Ladies and gents common rooms are also separated and provided by carrom, table tennis individually.

In fact, it's not mandatory to take the hostel facilities in this college.Most of the students come here from local areas.Only the students comes from distance they take PG, mess or hostels individually.There is no hostel facility offered by the college.

Usually most of the seniors get detached after passed out.But some of them maintain their connection to their college.Seriors are invited at out teachers' day celebration, in our social programme every time.Even some of the seriors take lead roles.

After my H.S.examination I applied to this college for the course Zoology honours by the online form provided to the college website.Afterthat, I was hired for the further counseling and as my documents fulfilled their all requirements I got admission in this college.

Infact, I'm really satisfied with the faculties.Professors are much experienced and helpful too.They take our extra classes, give us important notes and fulfill our all queries.Our laboratory is well developed, well furnished, loaded with specimens, even some of the M.Sc.rooms are with air condition.Though some of the non teachings staffs are rude in behaviour, but overall the college is satisfactory.
