Remarks
Faculty was not sufficient. Also they did not provide all the required notes and lectures so that every students has to go for tuition coaching, college campus was in very good location, the environment of the college is very good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually mathematics honours is a very tough course, everyone have to study regularly, carefully and ofcourse honestly, from first year to 3rd year only nearby 20% student get the chance to clear the course.
Placement Experience
There are some placement from college but only few students got a job in a company or institution with very low salary, rest of the students has to go through open competitive exams in government services.
College Events
After getting admission, they arranged a freshers welcome, a pen and a rose were distributed among all the students. And in each year an orchestra been arranged, renowned singers had came. That means total four festival were arranged.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible. At the time of admission I have to pay ?4000, at the time of examination the fee's were ?1200 and ?100 every month as tuition fees. At the end of every year economically weaker students got some weaver.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship/loan facility offered by our college, but there is some facility of scholarship for scheduled cast, scheduled tribe, other backward classes students from the government of West Bengal.
Campus Life
In our college there is a lab for chemistry practical as well as physics practical, labs are very good all the chemicals and instruments were available teachers are also very helpful. In the field of sports only few students were joined and in NCC also.
Alumni/Alumna
college location is a very good, it's only few minutes walk from sealdah station, senior students behaviour was also very good, no one got harrassed or ragged, the G.S of our college were very helpful.
Admission
After completing my higher secondary, I got admission in Bangabasi evening college through my higher secondary marks. At first I applied for the course in that college after few day I got admission while the merit list came.
Faculty
Faculty were not very good, every student has to take an honours coaching and it is mandatory otherwise he/she can not cover the whole syllabus and may be failed if he/she depends only college faculty.
