Campus is big and provide all type of service. the attendence is compulsory. They provide a good education. And also provide a knowledge other than study which use in day today lifestyle. college structure is little bit complicated.

Exam are held under the pune University. Soo exam pattern according tu pune University. Sometimes it is hectic day but it was chilled. There are twoo type of exam online MCQ exam and theory exam. There are some practical exam which is good coondected by our college. There is oral exam alsoo.

Placement Experience

Yes there are many different companies who placed the students in our college. My college provide a internship. some companies provide a stipend or some not. The package are the good for all the branches.

In our college there are technical , virtual and sport event also. The technical event name is engineering today. Culture event name is ashwmedh. Which is alsoo sport event. College event shivanjali also.

There are some scholarships which college provided for poor students and brilliant student. Our college also provided students loan. maha dbt , panjabrao scholarship. Which students stay in flat according to aggrement they provide scholarship.

There are many extracurricular activities like national service scheme , Robin hood team , all the branch provide separate labs and required machine and material. Chem e car workshop , robotics workshop , baja team mad a sports car.

Hostel Facilities

Yes our college have a college hostel. Which provides good facilities. Taste of food is also good. In food there are different types of food. Like indian , Chinese etc. There are indoor games also provided.

External Expense: Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very much helping. There are helpful to arrangements of events. and also study. They also provided study material , for college project also. Helping with all the activities in the college.

Admission

I got admission through CET marks. but we can get admission through jee alsoo. Theere are some special kotta also for example army kothen cast. Scholarship also provided. In out college placement alsoo good. In our college there are many branch. Production branch in our college is autonomous.

Faculty

All branches facility all good and well qualified. All the faculty are phd holder. all teaches good and personal attention for students if required. There is faculty council alsoo which manages all the teachers activity. For teachers there is biometry alsoo.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

Admission: I had also applied for top colleges of Pune with tech related branches but the main reason I can't get their is due to high cutoff of colleges I had applied for top colleges like VIT Pune,PCCOE Pune ,PICT Pune ,D.Y.Patil Pune etc and through cap process depending on my percentile I get my current college AISSMS IOIT Pune and I confirmed for these I sorted the colleges depending on some parameter like last year cutoff, placement percentage, autonomous or not etc My college is in Maharashtra so around 80% of seats given to the students who are admitted through Maharashtra state entrance exam for engineering that is MHTCET and remaining 20% are seat are for candidates who admitted through JEE MAIN score so most students peffered MHTCET Exam for admission in our college The overall addmission process is like after declaration of result student make list of colleges and branches those he want to take that list is in a sequential manner then student had to upload that list on portal of MHTCET after 2-3 day result of that list comes and the college which is allocated seen to us then it depend on us that we want to confirm that college and branch or go for next round total 3 rounds are take place in that process and after confirmation of college reporting has been done offline to the college for final addmission process...Read More

I gave several exams and cracked them , but due to some or the other factor , I couldn't choose any other college. Due the ongoing CBSE boards, I couldn't register for MHTCET which is apparently a state exam for MAHARASHTRA . You can opt for different colleges in MAHARASHTRA after giving this exam.
