My College Review

Academics are good but the college should not follow such strict rules regarding the attendance. Give students their personal time. For God sake, the classes start from 8 o'clock and continue till 6:30.

The theoretical part of the learning is good, very informative indeed. And the exams take place at the end of every semester. But what the college lacks is the industry exposure for the students, no industrial visits organized for the students and meetups.

The placement of this college is not that bad for practical courses but if we talk about the theoretical courses like mine, the rate of placement is pretty low.

There are a lot of events celebrated throughout the year, but the most discussed and popular event is 'Sangathan'. Sangathan takes place every year and most of the students take part in this event. Apart from Sangathan, there are other events and small competitions that happen in college.

The fee structure varies according to the sponsored or non-sponsored category. The fees of sponsored category students are more as compared to the non-sponsored category students. The college accepts Paytm, cheque, online transaction and payment at college bank. An amount of 20k extra is supposed to be paid during admission as the security deposit.

No, I did not opt for any scholarship or education loan as my parents capable enough to pay my fees.

The campus life would be great if students had time to live their campus life. The life of students in this college is very hectic. No personal time, no play- only work, attendance issue. Though Saturday and Sundays are off, they sometimes take classes even on Saturdays.

The seniors are nice, they can be helpful at times. But there is no ice-breaking gathering for the freshers, so making connections with the seniors is not easy.

I opted for the bachelor's program in the English Department, the duration of this course is 3 years. You can pursue this course as a Distance learning program as well as full time, mine was full time or regular. Delhi University was out of my league, so decided to go with one of the popular private University, i.e. Amity University.

Most of the faculties are without a doubt very much eligible and helping towards their students and the ratio of male and female teachers is also good. The lectures were informative of the subjects but no industry-related information was given during any of the lectures.
