Good thing you get a lot of extra time for your studies since there are no classes to attend.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are no industrial visits. No industry-specific knowledge is given to students. Students are on their own. We learn from books which are outdated. We learn outdated stuff. We just cram the books and appear for exams and the funny thing is paper can be easily predicted. And we all pass by good marks.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

College Events

Excelsior is held every year which includes cultural and technical events. Like dancing, fashion Insta, Appathon, Coding events like Debugging Code, gaming events, Sherlocked- mystery solving. Last time there was EDM night as well. They are not like big events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Monthly fees are 34k and if you are in the hostel as well then 11k extra. And food costs about 3k/month. Its may costs around 125k every semester including all the spending we do. College accepts card and online payments through their website. But the thing is you pay online but you have to go to college in order to submit it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they do, for sc/st candidates. They get a full refund of their fees and also the books and required things.

Campus Life

Gender ratio 17/77 G/B, Annual Sports Festivals, Appathons, Robotics Competitions, there are a lot of workshops organized in our college. In every 15 days we can see a workshop in our college. There are student development workshops are as well. But there are no race, religion, sexual orientation kind of knowledge given to students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are helpful. There are alumni meets and all other ways to interact with alumni. They take charges for the membership which is bad.

Admission

I applied through state counselling held every year for BTech. Then according to my jee main rank, I was given a seat in 2nd counselling in computer science. Some students didn't get in last counselling as well. They then appeared for physical counselling.

The course are very stream focused , different specialisation are available in CSE , 6 subjects of your specialisation you need to complete through the span of 4 years , PPT , notes and regular assignment are provided, every course is 12 week long , with Open elective from 2nd year onwards. Some courses are in blended mode with NPTEL swayam , also full MOOC online mode on NPTEL swayam is also provided .
