Campus Life

4

Momentum is the annual feat held in the college every year , being a blend of technical and non technical, it's a 2 long fest , with a star night as well . The library is not that vast but online library access is also there . There are impressive amount of clubs and society for regual community service and general progressive environment. The sports include football , cricket , and basketball court, with a tennis court a gymnasium and an indoor sports room too .

Admission

I got 89% in my JEE mains , I wasn't eligible for advance being from general category, I applied for IPU and NIT but got rejected , NCU being near my house with ease of transportation was a good option. The JEE score eligibility was less , also scholarship was being provided making it a good option .

Faculty

5

The student faculty ratio is quite impressive , faculty are really concerned of the student growth very supportive , their is a mentor provided for every 20 student group , the faculty from engineering department are very tech focused and encourage student for new projects and researches , the teachers to prepare you for the exams and practicals really well , lab work is taken very seriously, also you need to score 40% overall in your major + minors to pass a specific course .

Night Life

5

The in campus got 2 cafés , a Maggie point , library . But out campus is quite good , pool , golf , cyber hub , ambiance mall , sector 23 market area . Being in center of Gurgaon a lot of experience is there outside the cllg . The hostel services are also there , but not used by many students , as a lot of PG's are around at walking distance from the university

Placement Experience:

Here in KR Mangalam University, plcement opportunities start from the 6th semester. Many companies come to the campus for placements like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, and a few startups too. Some students also get internships before placements. The highest package offered was around 36 LPA and the average package is between 7 to 9 LPA. Most students get placed especially those who have good coding and communication skills. The university also helps students for their interviews and written , aptitude tests through training programs such as boot camps and my more ideas. After completing my degree, I plan to either get a job through campus placement or prepare for higher studies like M.Tech or go for government exams depending on situations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure was very good, syllabus contains all the relevant thing you need to know if we one or two subjects. But what they teaches you will not get you a job, you need to do hardwork and it is same for almost all colleges. You can buy some fancy courses and can study from that.

Several companies come for the placement purpose which goes with interviews. As college has large strength so obviously its not necessary everyone will get the placement but they still try that no one will be left at least one should stand in 2 or 3 interviews plus my opinion is to also try outside waiting for the placement from college is okay but one should try outside my plans are to complete my course have one or two practice jobs then doing mtech .
