Remarks

My MBBS journey was a roller coaster ride of learning and evolving as a person. The psychological transformation is an aspect which ACS emphasised upon for becoming a successful medical practitioner. College is pretty great in terms of academics.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum was pretty updated, especially as the technological parts. With advancements in the technology mode of operating/ treating a particular disease are constantly changing. So it is important to update the course as per the industry. Exams were held biannually and class notes were sufficient enough to clear the exams.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My first year fee for the course was more than 4 lacs and for the entire course I end up paying around 12 lacs. Fee was a lot for me, and I have to take a student loan to pay the fee. Accommodation facility are affordable.

Campus Life

4.5

Many extracurricular activities are organised in our college to trigger overall development of the students. Innumerable guest lectures and seminars on the latest technological advancements and their implications. Sports and other physical activities like yoga are also promoted so as to ensure a healthy lifestyle of the students.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facility is also available in our college for the medical students. We had a lot of fun in the hostel and made a lot of friends from different department and specialisations. Hostel life was most fun, especially the late night maggi party and the pranks pulled on the hostel mates.

Admission

College grants seat fro their medical program on the basis of merit. In order to make it to the merit list, you have to clear NEET UG exam and secure a decent rank. Students are invited for the counselling process on the basis of merit list.

Faculty

4.5

All of our faculty was well talented. We shared pretty good bond with them. Both teaching and non-teaching faculty is pretty supportive and helpful. They guided us even after our mistakes. I respect their patience, without which even I would have failed to get through my MBBS.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.
