Remarks

overall the college is good and it has a vast campus. i recommend people to take admission in this university. They will have a time of their life in this university. overall this university is better than most of the university.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is amazing. The exam structure is similar to almost all the other college. There are 2 internals and 1 university exam. internals are out of 30/40 and end term is out of 100. you need a minimum of 40 marks combined.

Placement Experience

4

Placements and job opportunities are said to be good. Internships are done in our college. But i haven’t done any yet as my internship is due this coming june. A senior of mine told that the experience is pretty good.

College Events

4

There are a lot of programs done in our university. There are opportunities for the students to conduct a program too. Various celebrities visit our college during these programs. It’s fun to experience all these.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible if you get through entrance exams. if you’re trying to get through Management quota, then it’s quite expensive. but then, compared to the other colleges, ours is cheap. So it’s pretty okayis

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarships offered for various categories of student and based on their background. i don’t know of any loan schemes available. but they do provide good scholarships. So yeah, there are financial possibilities

Campus Life

5

They’re pretty good actually. Lab works are helped by teachers. sports is entertained and they take you to different places for different sports. there are extracurricular activities like dancing, various games etc.

Alumni/Alumna

they’re helpful. but students tend not to mingle with them. i personally have a lot of senior friends and they’re very helpful. they give you a taste of how college actually is. they don’t have that feeling like we’re their junior.

Admission

I got admitted through interview and because of my 10th marks and my 12th marks too helped me. I had to go the university and attend an interview and the result will come within a week. then you have to pay the fees and your admission is sorted.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty is amazing. All the faculty’s are highly trained and professional. They help you with everything and sends you notes. They are ready to take extra hours if the students need them without extra cost.

Placement Experience:

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business. Higher Education: Students frequently leverage the college's alumni network and faculty mentorship to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, or to apply for Master's programs (MS, M.Tech) in India or abroad. Off-Campus Drives & Internships: Students are encouraged to undertake industry internships and live projects to build their portfolios, making it easier to land off-campus roles at top tech companies.

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.
