It is an above average college

I think the college has a small campus. And the teachers are not much qualified. But , it is among the best colleges of the area. If you want to study and not waste time elsewhere, you can join this college.

The course is mostly outdated. It comes under VTU. We have 3 internals every semester. The end sems are very hard. We have lab internals and externals also. The average of the 3 internals a re taken into account.

Placements for eligible students is above 90%. You can expect to be placed it you have no backs and you are an above average student. Many companies visit our college for placements. The college provides one internship.

Sankalp is our annual fest. It takes place in the month of March. It goes on for a week. We also celebrate all the festivals. Kannada Rajyotsava is celebrated here with great enthusiasm. We organise sport's day each year.

The fee structure is very diverse. For COMEDK students, it is around 2.2 lacs per annum. For local students, it's around 80k. People also get scholarships. If you are a SC/ST ,OBC or from a defense family, you can apply for scholarship.

SC/ST, OBC and children of Defense familiy are provided with scholarships. You can also apply for loan in banks. The college doesn't provide any loan. Some people pay very less fees and some pay very high fees.

We have Faraday block. It is dedicated to different types of labs. The labs are well equipped. But some of them are old. They need to be upgraded. We have sports room with all equipments. We also have a canteen. It is average.

Hostel fees is around 75k per year. Hosteles are equipped with wifi, washing machines, TV. The food provided is not good. Boy's Hostel is situated at 10 minutes walk from the campus. Girls' hostel is in the campus.

The alumni is not that great. Most of them are working in IT companies. Some of the alumni visit amour campus during functions or celebrations. The seniors are very helpful. They provide us with notes and other things.

I got admission here through the counselling rounds of COMEDK. First you need to take up COMEDK. Then you shall get it's results. According to your rank, you will be alloted colleges. There are 2 rounds of counselling.

The faculty includes local people. most of them have completed their PhDs. They are less experienced. And they lso keep leaving the college for better opportunities elsewhere. Some faculties are nice.
