The course and syllabus in bits is similar to any other top colleges in india. I will specificly explain about comouter science ( i am a cse student) Well in bits pratical knowledge is more emphasis than Theorytical knowledge will helps students to develop their skills which leads towards better performance in real world scenario. Assignment on programing is provided in regular basis. Multiple projects are given to students which helps them to improve their problem solving skills The CSE course is designed to equip students with the knowledge of computer architecture, software engineering, processor designs and computer networks along with the skills of programming and machine learning to expand their technological horizons. C++ and java is taught us in 1st year Python , sql ,.net is also taught to us 3rd year multiple projects are given to us.

College provide and encourage us to star intership from 1st summer break i.e after 2nd semester of college in respective companies according to student's subject You have to do atleast 2 intership which is compulsory for every student You can add your certificate provided by intership institute after completing of intership which is around 1-3 months depending upon your subject and intership company In 3rd year. Yes hostel is compulsory for every student who is pursuing btech in bits where they are not. College will provide hostel as well as mess Mess provide food 3 times- breakfast usally contain :- 3 days bread milk. We provide 2 days cornflakes and 2 days egg sandwich Lunch mostly contain rice , 2 chpati 1 sabji and daal Dinner usually contain roti, rice 2 vegetables (sabji), salad The cost of hostel and mess is around 14.000 per month It can very depending if you opt out for vegetarian food

Seniors are very helpful in campus they will help you through the college like in project ,in sports , in participating of cultural program College has policy on zero ragging Against ragging. I got addmission through merit in bit sat examination takes place every year organised by bits every year. jee mains marks , 12th board marks are also considered , final merit will decided upon all three factors. First you have to go to their website bits.com and register yourself providing your jee mains marks and 12th marks and during registration you will carge a amount of money in the name of registration fee online.
